Hey guy's am about to run...

Hey guy's am getting ready to run according to my doctor and weight loss coach I need to run everyday except for saturdays and sundays and do weight training atleast 3 x a week to loose 1/4 of my severely extra weight. I am 191 lbs now and the diet and the workout's have been very helpful so am now off to run then weight's afterwards. whew I am really hopeful that this year would be very promising for my health and i can get to my goal before the year ends so wish me luck and let's get healthy!!!

Good for you mate! I remember having a gym instructor who would assist me whenever I lift weights, he's good but his service is expensive. :) Try to get as much pointers from your coach so that if you will need to do it without him, you'll do just fine.

Thanks for the advice stuckonu, Anyway am doing this from different advisers and I am still figuring out the best and most comfortable practices for me, I can't afford a gym but I can spend the timeon work outs that requires more lifting of my personal weight and cardio hope I get to the finish line before this year ends as of now I am 194, That is about 7 lbs in 3 weeks, ( am cheating i started to go on a diet since end of November) but it is a way to inspire myself to soldier on, anyway thanks again, let's all get physical...

ok go for it david! Workout is great if you really want to lose weight and become healthy. All you need to do is concentrate on that and focus to achieve your goal. I wish you luck. Post again for your health update.

Hey tatzkie23, Yupp I will, I am actually planning to put in some pictures and some weekly updates on weights and the workouts and diets that I am on, I wish to inspire people in trying to get healthy and in a way that is both effective yet comfortable, I do have a program now but i still need to research on the best practices that are promoted by other health buff's on the web and also my friends and acquaintances.

Oh thay is so good, I wish I could get the urge to do something like that, it will be very good for you so we will see a new healthy deodavid, you will be able to post about any experiences you come across on your runs..

hey lilaclady it's never too late to work out i saw this video clip on the news that an 889 year old lady still does walking everyday and you can bet she can walk loger distances than i can. ANd i hope that by the end of this year i am more leaner and stronger. Veggies, Fruits, Lean meats, Multivitamins and Daily Workouts are my weapons to getiing were I wanna be. If am not asking too much please cheer for me i'll try to post a pic of my current body and monthly every end of the month I'll post the differences. Thanks lila.
