Your next trip - which place do you want to visit?

Which trip are you saving up for at the moment? Do you plan on visiting a place in your own country or do you want to visit another country?
In my own country I plan on visiting 2 or maybe 3 islands this summer, they are called Skaroe, Drejoe and Hjortoe. They are quite small, and it will be possible to walk around and visit the different places on those islands. I think that they are beautiful and I look forward to exploring them with my husband and maybe some of our friends.
My next goal outside my own country is a trip to Asia. There are a lot of countries in Asia that I want to visit, but I can't visit all of them at the same time, so I am going to visit 3 or 4 countries at a time. The first countries will probably be Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, because the other trips will be more expensive. We are saving up for that at the moment, but it will take a while before we have enough money.

My plans are to visit a place in our region somewhere in the Philippines called Leyte. It is going to be a out of town graduation trip with my batchmates. We have planned to have a 3 day 2 nights stay there. The place we would be staying over at is owned by a batchmate and it is near the sea. After the said outing, we had another plan to proceed to another place called Samar. It would be a continuing vacation for those who are allowed to go. I would be saving for the consumables and the fare since the places we would be staying at have been sponsored by our mates. I hope you enjoy your vacation as I may.

That sounds very nice. I hope that you and your friends will have a great vacation. In the summermonths I am also going to visit some places in my own country. There are many small islands in the area where I live and I would like to visit some of them with my husband and with some of our friends. The trip to Asia will be much more expensive so I have to saved up the money before I will be able to go on that trip.

The Philippines is on the list of countries I want to visit I am thinking about visiting the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Brunei on the same trip, because all of those countries are quite far from my home and the plane ticket is expensive, so when I am there I want to visit more than one country. This will probably be my second trip to Asia, but I already started planing

My next trip is actually coming up this March and I am going to New York. I have never been and can't wait to go. We're seeing some Broadways shows and have a bunch of other stuff planned. Oh and of course some shopping too! After this trip I would like to maybe go to Fiji. If I was travelling within my own country (Canada) I think I would like to go to Nova Scotia. I hear it's beautiful there in the summer and I've never been.

I hope that you will have a great vacation in New York. I am sure that it is a very interesting place to visit. I would go there, too if I get the chance to visit the US. I have been never to the US or to Canada, but my husband wants to visit Canada, so we might to do that someday.

It's really good to travel most especially if it is one of your goal to go and travel into a certain place.
I've never traveled outside my country and I am still longing for that day to come so soon for me to be able to travel those countries that I really want to go.
But, overseas means most expensive trips..and we all need to save a lot in order to do that.
Enjoy your vacation! ^^

Sounds interesting. If I had the fortune to travel, I would wanna go to where the Mayans lived or where the ancient summerians lived. I'm sort of astounded by history and culture and I just want to see these amazing places. Those are on top of my list, but I have a lot of others as alternative. Africa, Thailand, Hawaii, Egypt. And yes of course who wouldn't want to go to the key cities of the world. New York, England, Paris, Rome, LA, and so many more. :)

Summeria is known today as somewhere near Iraq or Iraq itself. Speaking of Europe, yeah I would like to visit your country too. It's Denmark right? Travel has been one of my fantasies. It would be great to see different cultures. Had I been born in the west I would've studied archaeology. That would enable me to visit different places to study their land, culture, and dig up some artifacts.

Where the Mayans lived, that is Mexico and some parts of Central America as far as I know. Where did the summerians live? You mention many other interesing places. I know the European countries quite well, because I live in Europe myself, but I would love to visit a lot of different places outside Europe. I wish I had a lot of money to spend on travelling, it would be amazing to travel for several months and visit many different parts of the world for instanse Asia, Africa and South America

I have a boyfriend in Indonesia, so I am currently saving to go and see him again. I traveled to Indonesia last fall and absolutely loved it there. I was limited, because of finances to where I could travel. Hopefully, this time we will be able to travel to Bali and some of the other islands. It is also a goal to travel to surrounding nations, such a Singapore, Malaysia, and East Timor.

I hope you will have a great trip to Indonesia. I would also like to visit Indonesia one day. I want to visit Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines and Indonesia at the same time, because the plane ticket from my country to Asia is expensive, and while I am there I want to make really good use of the time. Bali is among the places in Indonesia that I want to visit. I would like to visit other parts of Indonesia as well, but Bali will definately be a part of my itinerary.

I really look forward to visiting your country. I have borrowed some books at the library and Vietnam looks like a very beautiful place. I looked for information about Ha Long Bay when I had read your response, I would like to visit that place, it looks amazing I think that we are going to fly from Laos to Hanoi. Our last stop will be Ho chi minh city, because that is the place where we are going to catch the plane back to Europe.

Hi Porcospino,
I am planning to have a 3-day vacation next month. I am glad that we are allowed to have a vacation leave on the first half of February since the date is set and we already have our tickets.
I am planning to visit the hometown of my boyfriend together with a very close friend of mine. We wanted to visit the near towns in there and go to the miraculous area to pray.
I hope everything will be worth it and I am quite saving some money because I might spend a lot in there.
With traveling internationally, I don't have any plans yet since that would be dealing with a big amount...hopefully just next time.
Have a nice day!

I hope that you will have a great trip when you visit your boyfriend's hometown. Yes, unfortuneately it is expensive to travel to another country. If I had lots of money I would travel very often, because there are a lot of countries around the world that I would like to visit, but I can't do that, I have to save up the money first and that will take a while.

I booked a flight to Argentina and from there I will be getting a bus over to Chile. If I have enough time I may decide to visit Uruguay or Southern Brazil as well. I am looking forward to seeing a friend of mine whilst on part of my trip. It is a good idea to visit three or four Asian countries on the same trip. I am keen on mixing seeing an expensive country with a few cheaper countries to afford the trip. I would like in the future Asia to visit on flight deal numerous different counties. For example London-Delhi-Bangkok-Manila-Colombo-London. Then I would be able to visit on the same trip India, Thailand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka. I think overland from Thailand to Vietnam would be wonderful. I am so excited about visiting South America again. Last year I went to Colombia you see. Good luck saving for and planning your trip to Asia.

Your trip to South America sound very interesting. I hope to visit Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil one day. I also think it is a good idea to visit more than one country at a time when I go to Asia. I have to pay for the plane ticket between Europe and Asia anyway so I might as well make good use of the time while I am there. When I go to Africa I also want to visit 3 or 4 countries for instanse Namibia, Botswana and South Africa, but I won't be able to visit Africa in the near future.

I have lot of plans to visit different countries, My dream is to visit holy land and the euro peon region. Its quite exiting when you see such things in your mind. Currently i have just entered a corporate world and there is lot more for me to do before achieving this dream. I had traveled to gulf since my Childhood, My dad has serviced in gulf for the last 30 years quite a long time and i have got the chance to visit dad's office and spend vacations over there, As of now since i planned to achieve my dream i will work hard and achieve to see my next vacation trips.

It is great you have had the chance to visit your dad's office and spend vacations there. Yes, we need to work hard to be able to go on the trips that we dream about. I hope that I can get some extra work in the summerholidays when most of the other employees are going on vacation, because I want to earn money for my next trip. I hope that we will both achieve our dreams. Europa is an interesting place to visit, there are many different countries and they are all different. I live in Northern Europe. We have a cold climate, so spring or summer is the best time to visit.

I can see that we are interested in some of the same countries. Cambodia is among the first countries in Asia that we are planning to visit. We definately want to visit Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom, but aside from that we haven't made specific plans. Have you been to Cambodia before or will it be your first visit there? Japan is also among the countries that I want to visit. We have talked about visiting Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and the Philippines on the same trip, because it is expensive to fly from Europe to Asia, so it is better to visit more than one country while we are in Asia.

I look forward to visiting Bangkok when we go to Thailand. I have never been to Thailand before, so I want to read a bit about the place because we leave. I have heard about Goa, but I have never been there. I really want to visit India one day. Bali and Singapore are also on my travel wishlist. I am thinking about visiting Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and the Philippines on the same trip. It will be more expensive than the trip to Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, so I have to save up the money before I will be able to go on the second trip to Asia
