Is dessert good every day? I am wondering because I have the biggest sweet tooth ever. I love cake, ice cream... you name it! I am concerned that if eating dessert would lead to complications like diabetes?

truonggiangvu86 Of course, dessert is good. But you should eat fruit in stead of eating cake or ice cream. Sweet is not good for your health. It will cause a lot of disease such as heart attack, obese.

truonggiangvu86 The students in my country don't bring a lot books that they don't need. I remembered when I was in my university, I have only 2 or 3 book and some notebooks in my bag. What do they bring such a bunch of books for?

truonggiangvu86 It depends on your work. If you don't have to work early in the morning, you can stay up late at night. I usually go to bed late to surf internet, it's really something relax, and it seems you have more time when you stay up late.
