truonggiangvu86 Of course, dessert is good. But you should eat fruit in stead of eating cake or ice cream. Sweet is not good for your health. It will cause a lot of disease such as heart attack, obese.

truonggiangvu86 It depends on your work. If you don't have to work early in the morning, you can stay up late at night. I usually go to bed late to surf internet, it's really something relax, and it seems you have more time when you stay up late.
