hi ucha, without knowing what the problem is, it is difficult to know anything to suggest. As per your topic of discussion, your account is still limited. Limited as in why? When a paypal account is limited, it usually means that there are somethings that you need to do to get the limitations lifted. It differs from country to country, but should be written in your paypal account. When you open your paypal account, what does it say the reason of limitation is? Sometimes you need to provide valid bank account - even if you had already linked your bank account, it takes time for paypal to verify the bank account. If you write what the actual problem is, then we may be able to help you.

maybe you can send them message. but the general solution is you must had credit card.. i don`t knows the current rule from paypal for verifiying your paypal account.. so you must ask them

sometimes on the weekends PayPal will not solve your problem, preferably by telephone. I know this is not easy because I ever having an account that can not be used to make transactions wherever. I contact PayPal more than once and later, I am happy because PayPal accepted my explanation and resolved my account.

Now I understand that you can use twitter account to inform briefly about your problem. paypal people will contact you. Documents should be in order. Name in bank account should be similar to what is their id proof, address proof. etc. take care/.

You can try Vid's suggestion, try to contact them via Twitter. It's a new thing for me and actually I never tried it yet. Please share us your experience after try that :D And also, you can try to contact them conventionally using "Contact Us". Explain your problem. And if you haven't verified your account yet, there's a big possibility that Paypal will require you to verify it..

I think your paypal account is still not verified and hence the problem has arisen. Verify it by following the instructions of paypal and you would find your problem resolved.

To gain access verified paypal, you must input your bank account. And you must have an ATM. There is a number in your ATM, that is your credit card number used it to verify your paypal. and the 4 digits also in ATM. I suggest you use BNI Bank to get verified. once you input your data bank account, you will receive small amount of money twice, write it in your paypal how much money you received, twice again, and that's it (verified), and add some your identification to make sure that you are serious with paypal. The other way (not recommended) is buy a VCC card in the internet. Good Luck!!!
