We ran 5 miles!

Earlier today, my boyfriend, my sister, and I ran 5 miles. Because it was very early, It was a little cold and the scent of pine was great! My boyfriend and I usually do this almost everyday. In between, we go to the fitness center. I am looking forwards to another running session tomorrow.

hi dolce_vita... i also start to run a few weeks ago. i think running is easy sport to do. actually i also want to join in a fitness centre, but it seems that i don't have much time. then, running is one choice to keep my body healthy. i like to run in the morning. the weather is still fresh but i also want to run in the evening and trying to run wearing a parachute jacket in order to get more sweat :)

That's great, running together.Running can be consider as a good form of exercise and it is nice to do running with bunch of people.I guess I should try running again with friends during weekend,which we really don't do for a long time.

hello friend...that certainly is a very great idea as it will keep you fit and agile and also at the same time you will get exercise also which nowadays is very essential as physical exercise is must to keep both your mind and health in proper state. have a nice day

Yup! I agree, physical exercise keeps the body and mind in a great state. Running is an excellent form of exercise for losing weight because it requires a great deal of energy.

There is nothing like going for a jog early morning, the fresh air and no other disturbances. Even with a fitness view early morning jog is good for health. I go for jogging every morning but i do it for half an hour at most.
