reached minimum payout!

I just logged into my myLot account and found that I've finally reached the $10 minimum payout. It didn't really take that long. I was active here for about 3 weeks only, and I know I could do much better. For those of you wondering how I got here this fast, I'm going to give you my scheme on how I managed to reach the minimum payout this fast. -DISCUSSIONS: I have always, and I mean always, made sure my discussions are interesting, atleast to me. Ofcourse, not all my discussions were that successful as what is interesting to me might not be interesting to others. I always kept my texts very structured and made sure no typos were present. Commenting on almost every single reply on my discussions is another thing I always kept in mind. -RESPONSES: In my responses I tried to extend the subject whenever it was possible. I asked people questions and asked for their opinions on several matters. I've always made sure to reply with everything I had, but at the same time watching out to keep my replies from turning into big lumps of random words that no one would get (which, by the way, I see alot of them here). -TASKS: I checked the tasks dashboard regularly for tasks I could do. Some tasks required difficult jobs to do, and some were very time consuming. I usually leave these tasks. Tasks are a very good opportunity to make money here, but I think most people didn't realize their potential yet. Tasks introduced me to lots of good money making websites, some of which I still use to this very day. Generally, I just tried to make 'Discussions' (whether mine or not) live to their name. That is, people would actually discuss stuff on them and not just post random things or answer with two words. I was here long enough to know these methods don't work at all. Also remember to keep the quality of your content of the top notch. Quantity is also a bit important, but keep in mind that quantity without quality is nothing here. I'm very happy I got here in this short time-span. I'm going to try and earn even better. I hope you all do your best here and always keep good quality content running on myLot. Have a great time here! I wish you the best of luck with myLot! Peace!

Well done! There are many Lotters who should read your topic because too many think that they have to reach 1000 before they reach payout Others, even old-timers are convinced that until you reach 500 you will be nowhere near the minimum You have understood what is required, just like many of us try and tell others when they ask what they should do here - but do they listen to us? *sighs*

Exactly. No one ever cares to step up their discussion's quality. I'm not sure why they think the more they post the more they earn although there are lots of people here telling them it's not that way. I would say 1000 posts would only be the minimum number of posts if the posts are one sentence spam that no one ever gets. I don't reply that much to discussions due to the lack of interest. Most discussions here are made with so low quality that one just cannot be interested in replying to them. I'm not saying I'm perfect, but I try to bring the best content to myLot, unlike many others. I really hope other myLotters would read this and try to step up their discussions' quality. Thank you for your reply. Have a nice day.

How would you judge others' posts to be of low quality? Give me an example of a low quality post, in order that other mylotters will learn from you. Thank you.

I'm not going to direct you to any posts here, but I'm going to describe a "low quality post" as much as I can. It might not be intended, but some people here post some very interesting discussion titles, when I get to the discussion I just find this weird gibberish that I just can't seem to get no matter how I read it. Consequently, the responses to the discussion are not very related themselves. These just cannot be called discussions. A discussion is when the people involved understand what the person on the other end of the discussion is saying. Some people write books as a response, but you come to read it you don't anything the person is trying to say. I've said before, I'm not perfect, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't try to become better. Most people here think they'll just reply with anything and they're gonna get paid for it. Well, they're wrong. Some other kinds of people know how to speak English very well, but they post no more than one sentence in their posts, which doesn't get them anywhere either. I hope this helped you.

Congrats, Sum1! Not only for reaching the payout but mainly because you give a good example to everybody here. And the best prize you have earned is the recognition of our doyen Mysdianait. If myLot had a bulletin board I'd like to see there the text of your topic - this is a real tutorial for our members. I wish you good luck in school. If you do the same kind of perfect work there, you could await a bright future!

I just learnt a new word! I had no idea what 'doyen' was so I looked it up. Just proves that a) it is never too late to learn something new and b) that it pays to read other responses too I agree that the text of the topic here sums up exactly what we should be doing if we wish to earn too and I do so hope that others will read and put it to good use too.

There are a lot of users here who joined before I did. This is also my second account because I got it wrong first time round Then I rejoined and did things correctly and learnt from those, one in particular, who were advising and helping out when I was new. I read things over and over again until I understood what myLot were telling us, put things into practice and got the same results as you and now I try to pass on as much as I can. It is up to those who read the tips to use them if they want to see results too That was the definition that I found too

Thank you fannitia for your compliments, I'm glad you liked my topic. I wish myLotters would actually look at this before they post anything. I'm that frustrated with some people here. Thanks alot for wishing me good luck. I think I am pretty good at school. I took my last couple of final exams last friday, and still waiting for the result. I can't exactly give myself too much credit as to how good I am at school, that would be just arrogant. Thanks again for being so nice. I learned a new word too, mydianait! I also learned that you are one of the early members and most experienced people with myLot (if that definition I found for 'Doyen' is right), so you have my respect for that. Thanks for the compliments, mysdianait. I'm really glad you liked my topic too.

Wow you've reached the minimum payment very fast. Thank you for sharing your tips on how to earn fast here. I rarely make discussions. It depends if I can formulate questions in my mind. I reached $10 for two months. There are times that I can't participate here due to my day work. I hope I can also earn fast here. Happy mylotting!

I make more discussions than I post responses to other people's discussions, probably due to the lack of interesting discussions these days here. I would suggest you try making more discussions as they make you more generally. Keep in mind everything I've mentioned earlier, it's the fruit of my experience here. Most people cannot be here all the time. Just come here whenever you're free and try to participate as much as you can. Good luck and happy myLotting to you too!

It's not like I think of interesting topics whenever I want to. It's more like I post discussions whenever I think of something interesting to discuss. Try to do the same. Whenever you think of something that would be interesting to discuss here post it and see what other myLotters think.

I am having a hard time thinking of interesting discussions. That is why I post more responses on other's discussions. Wow good for you. You can think of ideas to start a discussions. I hope I could be like you. I will surely try to do what you've done. I find it interesting. I agree with you that most people cannot be here all the time. I've noticed that before.

Mmm... I just have to say that your English just isn't that good. I suggest you take a couple of lessons in English. The task provider denied your submission probably because you didn't understand what was required. I'm not trying to be rude, instead I'm trying to give more chances to earn better here. Improving one's English helps in about every way possible anyways. Have a nice day.

W0W, this has to be the most helpful discussion I must have seen here in mylot. I was stunned when I saw your post the first time and thought my eyes played tricks when i looked at your number in brackets. Perhaps, certain mylotters such as myself should learn from you. Looking forward to see your other discussions, care to be my friend? You come with good advisory skills.

Thanks alot. I was just trying to give most people the key to earning more on myLot. Most people, even ones who have been here for longer than me, can't seem to get the format their posts are supposed to be in. This just pisses me off. Posting random gibberish shouldn't be tolerated, just to teach people not to post anything if it's good quality content. Some people think I'm lying about me reaching my minimum this fast. I'm looking forward to seeing and participating in your future discussions. I never say no to a new friend Have a nice day and good luck earning with myLot!

Congratulations! I am new here, and today is my first day. I am very delighted to see your article as a guide in myLot. Would you mind if I summarized your suggestions as follows: interesting topics, respect to other's replies, taking care of the communications with people and taking over proper tasks. Thank you, Sum1PassingBy. As a Chinese, I am not very confident of my English. However, I will try my best to participate in all kinds of discussions and share my viewpoints here. I am sure my English and earnings will both improve after some time. ^-^ Good luck to you and all.

What you said is very true. I'm going to major in Computer Science. I think I'm going to start going to college in September. If you don't mind me asking, have you ever thought of starting your own project and sell it for money? Because I'm thinking of doing that, although I don't think I have the skills required to do that yet.

Hello adrian, I'm not a native English speaker myself, so my English isn't perfect. I must say, though, your English is very, and I mean very, good. I could get everything you were saying, unlike some others here who I can't seem to get anything in their posts no matter what. You have summarized my tips wonderfully. Good job. Just remember to follow them. Always try not to be boring and cliche, be original and people shall respond to your discussions. You seem like a very good person. Welcome to myLot and best of luck earning here!

Hi. Thanks for your kindly encouragement. As time goes by, I feel the importance of communiation gradually. I work as a computer engineer, though I have graduated for only two years or so. I am realizing that how frustating "speaking" to the machines all day long is, so I pick up this part-time job. We earn money for a living, but we can never live merely to earn money. With the strong passions of communicating with people, I think at least most of our topics will be interesting, right? Then we can harvest much more than huge earnings. In a word, myLot really offer us the opportunity of making both money and happiness. Have a good day.

Im very attracted to this discussion, thank you for sharing something valuable here Passingby. I never know that it is possible to reach $10 that fast.. Do we have to accept more task to earn fast?

You're welcome. Try to do as many tasks as you can. You cannot depend on tasks for your earnings, as you can never be sure if there's going to be tasks you can do. Your best bet is trying to make your discussions and replies of a good quality and try and make them as interesting as possible. Have a nice day.

Cool! You have done amazing job! I think you might have set one record in mylot. Congratulation for reaching minimum payout! It seems to me that you are a person having great grasping power. We peoples took months to understand mylot. Its have been one and half year almost for me to be on mylot, though have reached 7.43$. The reason is obvious, I didn't have time to work on mylot for months. I wish, I could get time in future to be online here for long time, and reach minimum payouts quickly to collect capital to join on other earning sites. I think you are missing one great earning opportunity on mylot. It really helps to boost earnings. You might have reached minimum payout earlier, if you have used this chance! You can do this by searching anything you want in mylot search box which is present below interests you have selected. Mylot pays you for searching on it! You can get random rewards for using it. I am sure you can earn atleast 15 cents daily using this feature. HAVE A SAME KIND OF JOURNEY AHEAD WITH MYLOT! ENJOY MYLOTTING!

Wow! Thanks alot! I never thought of myself as being as smart as you're describing. So, again, thanks alot for the compliments. Many people give up after noticing themselves not making much here. So, although you didn't make much over the entire time you were here, I still give you props for not giving up. I'm not sure about the search engine though. I have tried it before, not that much though, and I didn't get paid anything. So I decided to invest my time here in making good quality posts instead of searching for things I'm not even interested in searching for. I might give it a shot later though. One more time I thank you for being so nice. I will enjoy myLotting. I hope you do too! Have a nice day.

Wow! Congratulations on reaching your minimum payout real fast. You even provided tips on how you reached it in a span on 3 weeks. I just wish most myLotters, especially newbies would be like you. I noticed that most of them give up when they don't see their accounts moving. I mean, hello. You can't just sign-up and respond a bit then earn a lot of money. I used to do quite a lot of tasks myself before but since some tasks doesn't interest me, I end up creating discussions and replying to some. I'm more active on relationship, life and the likes. "Search" and posting pictures also helps a lot. Good luck on reaching your next pay out =)

Thanks alot! I have used the search tool provided before, not so much though, but I never earned anything from it. That's why I did not include anything about it in the tips I provided. As for uploading pictures, one basically gets paid about $0.02 or $0.01 for each picture uploaded, and I think the extra few cents one could earn for looking up a relevant picture and uploading could be made by responding to a single discussion. Anyways, each with their own strategy, right? Thanks for the good luck wishes. I wish you good luck too. Have a great time myLotting! Peace!

This is the main site I'm earning through right now. I'm having fun, improving my English and making friends here while making money. I tried lots of site before this one and didn't exactly earn anything, not to mention being completely bored out with the stuff I had to do to earn money. You look new here, so welcome to myLot. Best of luck earning here! Have a nice day!

Well, I stopped using myLot for a while due to my highschool's final exams. I'm now in some sort of vacation, so I have enough time to stay here for as much as I want. I find the quality of some discussions to be very disappointing. Some discussions are so not organized that I don't get what the poster's trying to say. I don't think such people last here anyways. Anyways, have a nice day and a nice time myLotting.
