Wearing clothes inside out

In a party you honestly discovered yourself wearing your clothes inside out or an associate seated in front of you invited your attention on the same thing, what must you do to avoid the embarrassment?

You must draw attention away from yourself. I would create a distraction of some sort, perhaps inciting a dispute between two people then I would slip out of the room and change my clothes to the right way in. Or you could just go with it, and if it's a real party then I'd just get drunk.
