I got off work early (woo hoo) this afternoon - I left at about 12:30! Whereas normally I would leave around 3:30. It kinda sucks hours-wise but I love it because it gave me an 'early start' to my weekend (since today is Friday and all). Of course as soon as I got home, even though I didn't work real hard today, I took a 4 1/2 hour nap!
Is this normal?
Do you ever take super power naps?

I wish I could still do naps, never mind 'power naps'.
Yesterday was a Sunday. Although I had a lot of chores planned to do. I found myself dozing off on the couch. I thought I only closes my eyes for a couple of seconds, but it turned out to be a couple of hours.
I felt refreshed after waking up.
It's not normal (4 1/2 hours), but I wish I could do one of those at least once a week.

i guess 4 and a half hours is no longer a nap for me as nap will only last for a max of 1 hto 2 ours i guess. so in that case you alrady sleep for almost half of the day. i normally have a what we called powernap in our office if we can sleep during lunch time which is 1 hour then when we returned to work we just told each that i had a power nap so can go back to work with full of energy again

Power naps rule! But then there's always the problem of staying up too late and waking up the next day feeling a bit groggy (on weekdays, on weekends who cares?). And yes it is normal. You might have worked harder than you realized. That happens to me a lot.
