Hi guys,
Hello guys, Coffee has been a source of energy and vibrance for me for the past few years and i love it, i love all the flavors even the ones that tastes crappy but coffee is coffee and before for me it was hard to live without but now i am going to be a tea man since tea is more healthy and the tea that i am getting is good for loosing weight ( green milk tea) so tea is now my true love. Hope it wakes me up.

I'd rather have both, bro. I drink tea after a meal, and I drink coffee in the morning and afternoon. Coffee is great as long as you consume it moderately. The bes coffee is from my city--nestle is produced here in my city. Although nestle is good, I prefer "cap jempol" coffee. To me, it tastes better.

You are welcome, bro. Coffee is ok as long as you don't drink it too much. I have my coffee twice a day and I feel great, you see.

I think both tea and coffee have some health benefits and I also feel that if your intent is to lose weight, drinking brewed coffee without sugar or cream does the same effect as that of tea (so try to avoid milk teas). As to the caffeine content, well, I think coffee has more punch than tea and can jolt you up more, I think. Just the same, I've been told that tea is more natural than coffee so I guess the mare natural it is, the healthier it is. :)

well if you think about it coffee is mainly used to boost our system and it has antioxidant properties but in long term and if not in moderation can lead to heart problems, while for grenn tea all are benefits, for the heart, lungs, digestive system, blood vessels, burning fat, reducing diabetes and even acne problems. there are no known problems that this ancient drink has ever caused.

coffee has some advantages and tea has some advantages , so I daily mix the tea with coffee and drink it. So i get both the plus ( advantages) of coffee and tea . If i consider the disadvantages ( minus - ) of coffee and tea , here also i get benefited,
because - x - = +.

Hello!!
Tea and coffee are both not good for the heart. Basically my doctor advice me to stop taking coffee or tea because it can cause you having palpitations thus at risk of having large heart. :)
But since you are enjoying being a tea man, why not try to be a water man?? LOL :)
I mean instead of tea/coffee why not try water..

Hmm that is the first time that a doctor was against tea, there are tons of health benefits that you can get from tea and one of them is getting a much healthier heart, and dont worry i drink plenty of water to i workout so tendency is i drink a lot after but i am really astonished by your doctor but anyway i just need to ask the doctors that i work with about this and i know a great cardiologist. Thanks for the info mhimi.

hi well as most people i enjoy both.. coffee in morning and early evening and especially espresso after a meal in restaurant. i live herbal teas during the day and at nght as i find them refreshing and good for the body.
as for the caffeine content i think you will find some teas (non-herbal) have more caffeine than coffee so be careful your choices :)but also coffee is a diuretic so it is also good to help you lose weight :)
as with all things as long as you dont over do it then its enjoyable :)

good day deodavid,
before i have tried to shift from coffee to tea but it is not working on me. as i am keeping back again and again to a mug of coffee. as my co-workers was telling me, i am one of the guys who are addicted to coffee. hence, i am not taking a cup instead i am using a mug. and even at home, i used to drink a coffee over a mug and not satisfied if i just use a cup.

Coffee is the great thing for me . Without it, I can stay up all night. Coffee helps me so much. I probably cannot live without coffee. Tea is also good, but coffee is still the best. I hope the price of coffee goes down
