Hii Sayo. Well my favourite movies are actions, but whenever I watch romantic or sad movies I'll cry, even when I watch ot for the second time I still cry. I don't know I just can't help dropping my tears. I hate it when the boys say : girls with their tears are poison .

hello zaahro , i know that girls are a bit too emotional most of the time while watching movies but i have known boys who have the same kind of habits of crying but in silent and hiding from their girl-friends!! this is a normal thing and i think there is no harm in doing so.at-least it makes the movie makers a successful players on their part. :-D

Yup,,, why boys hide their tears ? It is not a crime to cry. Besides it is more comfortable. haha, I know. That's why they are called "boys"

I DON'T THINK THERE IS SUCH A THING AS BEING TOO EMOTIONAL!!! I actually ENJOY watching movies that make me cry!!! That means they are very well written & touch my heart. I don't always cry because they make me sad. Sometimes I cry because I'm so freaking happy!!! When going through a time of depression, I purposely watch a movie that makes me cry...just to get the emotions out of my system. It usually makes me feel better!!!

hello LadyMarissa, this is a right thing to do that when you are upset or depressed you should let your emotions out by some means. i have known many people who are upset intentionally listen to sad music or sing sad song by themselves to let their emotions get out and this ultimately help them as these will effect you mentally and wont let you concentrate on any thing as such. so i think you are a person who have control on her emotions and know how to deal with it. take care.

I think I am emotional. I will shed tears when I see the emotional and moving scenes in the movies. It comes from my nature. I remember last time when my husband and I went to see a movie in the cinema, I used five pieces of tissues since I was crying when I watched the movie. I love China

hello youless, its a natural tendency of the people to cry over emotional scenes in movies, this shows that the movie is successful in touching your heart. the tears are spontaneous and it shows that you have emotions within you so no harm in crying. take care.

hello hazelrose, its a natural tendency for most of the people that they do have tears in their eyes watching movies that truly touch their heart sometimes. it very obvious that while watching something emotional we get sentimental and try to get the same feeling which the director actually try to create for the audience. i think it makes them more successful.

I don't really tend to get emotional watching movies to the point where I cry. I used to be like that when I was younger. The only time I feel like crying is if something really strikes a nerve in me...And if I know something is probably going to strike a nerve in me, I usually try to stray away from the movie just in case it gets too intense for me to handle.

I am a cry baby. I definitely cry when the actors/actresses get caught up in the drama. When they cried I too, cried.

I do this too. And if I have seen the movie before, I will sometimes cry just before the emotional scene.

I have always been very emotional anyway, so watching an emotional movie ALWAYS makes me cry. Even tv shows have done that to me. I don't worry about it and if those around me laugh at me, it's okay. I don't mind that I can put myself into what I am watching! I used to teach junior high age students and one time we showed the movie "Pay It Forward", which I cry about EVERY time I watch it, and it has been many times. I had to step out of the classroom since the tears were welling and it is NOT a good thing with kids to see the teacher this way. After we turned the lights back on, there was at least one boy who admitted that he had cried! I told him that I had, too, but I never heard any of the other kids say anything to him about it, unless they didn't notice.

When I am with somebody, I am shy to show that I cry during sad scenes so I try my best to keep the tears inside I blink several times to keep myself from crying. But really, sad scenes move me easily. Even if the actors are not crying, when they say lines that touch my heart, my eyes easily well up. Plus, the sound effect or sound track adds to the emotion of the movie!

Most of the time I show my resilient part. When the going gets tough, I can still 'act' cool. But sad movies is something that breaks my coolness easily. I have no control over my tears. I can just keep on crying and crying until the sad part ends. So, exteriorly I project a tough image but interiorly I am a very emotional person. But I have no regrets because I know I have just watched a very good movie.

We don't usually watch that many tear jerkers in our home - the guys out number the girls. But when I do get to see one I can get emotional from time to time. A good movie is hard to find these days but some really draw you into the plot and you can't help but get teary eyed during some scenes. Enjoy movie night!

I do cry when I watch heart-warming moives, so do many of my friends. I still remember the time when I watched a moive called PRETENDING TO BE LOVERS with one of my best friends. She is much more emotinonal than me to a degree. NO exaggeration to say that she had used up almost a box of tissues. Because her experience and the heroine's are incredibly similar, she related to it quite strongly. Therefore, I think the biggest reason for us to cry when watching emotional movies is that we finds the hook into the charactor or scenes there.

I do sometimes get emotional, when I'm watching an emotional scene in a movie. I kind of find it difficult not to. But that's just me.

Oh. I do get emotional whenever I watch Japan anime. Those sad scences and background music makes me cry a lot. One example is Gaara from Naruto. I cried a lot because of his past experience. He become good to evil, but when it comes to a live-action scene, I do not cry. I don't know why. Maybe its because I felt that the scene I am watching is not real. I mean -- the scene that I see is not true in a real life situation unlike anime, there is a lot of moral scene involve -- telling us that evil is not really evil. He just became evil because of his past or he is still good in heart but evil in the eyes of the society.

I think you have a high EQ. You can easily sympathize with other people's emotion. That, i think, is not a bad thing. I am like that too, which is why i don't like watching dramas. They depress me. So I go for comedy movies instead. I remembered when I watched Hachiko. That movie barely started and I was already in tears.

It happens to me too, rarely but it does. I thought about it and I believe that in my case it happens when the movie and the story are really well done and interpretated by actors to the point it looks real so I feel it!
