I really think the owners are pushing it with some people they accept here or else they need to train the care givers to have more patience. This poor woman who has some sort of motor control nerve problems that make it almost...

CookingIsMyPassion A care giver's job is not an easy one and patience is part of your job duties. Making remarks isn't. If she thinks it, that is one thing. Saying it out loud for the patient and passersby's to hear is not appropriate behavior. She should be reported for...

I went to Save a Lot the other day to save a few bucks on my shopping bill. I bought 8 large tomatoes and I was awfully disappointed. You get what you pay for, that is for sure. I usually pay about 2.39 a pound for really nice...

CookingIsMyPassion Those tomatoes were most likely frozen and sold for fresh. In places like SAL I would just purchase boxes, canned or dry goods...never fresh foods. Plus, you have no idea what the turn around is in those places. Not like in Walmart of regular supermarkets....

I think we have all experienced problems at home or in the workplace. It could be family drama or it could be difficulties with coworkers or even supervisors at work. It really doesn't matter who it is who brings drama, stress and...

CookingIsMyPassion Oh gosh, lately you would think my whole life was a drama. Seems that if it could go wrong it will and has been productive about being on that track lately.
Everything these days is stressful. It seems no matter how I try and avoid it - it seems to seek me...

Television is a great form of entertainment. There are a whole variety of shows to watch. Sitcoms, movies, reality shows and documentaries to name a few.
Networks still play a lot of half hour shows that have been around for...

CookingIsMyPassion I do the same thing...it is a relaxing feeling hearing something in the background when I am writing. Helps keep me focused at least 90 percent of the time. Every once in a while I will hear something that catches my attention and I watch for a bit. Only human...

Seriously. Someone has been asking me stupid and annoying question. It does not give me any pleasure in entertaining them. Any suggestion?

CookingIsMyPassion Never heard anything to the contrary about dying your hair and having it affect the results of a mammogram.
Testing facilities do warn women to not wear jewelry from your neck and chest area. They also recommend not to use deodorant, lotions, ointments,...

You are here
I am there
Sometimes life dosen't seem fair.
Storms will come
Along with trouble:
Need me? I'm there on the double.
God gave us friends
To lift us up
In times when empty seems our cup.
If we must be...

CookingIsMyPassion I wouldn't do anything any more. You may be irritating it more. Let the doctor check it out and get the infection cleared up first. She may have to have it re-pierced again once it is healed if she really wants to keep it. Maybe next time when they say leave...

Lately many people measure their success by the amount of earthly goods they have. This materialistic society is centered in how much we have instead of in what we are.
I don`t think that a life can be called succesful if you...
