Television reruns

Television is a great form of entertainment. There are a whole variety of shows to watch. Sitcoms, movies, reality shows and documentaries to name a few. Networks still play a lot of half hour shows that have been around for years. Most of these we refer to as reruns. We enjoy watching Law & Order: SVU, NCIS, MASH, the Golden Girls and Home Improvement. They are shows we can have on when we work on the computer or when we are cooking because they keep you company, provide background noise and you really don't have to watch the whole show because you have seen it many times before. They are also nice to be able to turn to when there aren't any good shows playing that night. Do you still watch reruns and what are your favorite shows?

I do the same thing...it is a relaxing feeling hearing something in the background when I am writing. Helps keep me focused at least 90 percent of the time. Every once in a while I will hear something that catches my attention and I watch for a bit. Only human you know!

Personally, I Love reruns, and often find myself watching many of these all the time. Especially since now you can find some of these shows all the time on Certain TV stations it is really not hard to miss. Some of the ones I enjoy are like Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Gilligan's Island, Golden Girls, Law & Order SVU, etc. Yes, there are times you can more or less just listen just because you know the whole story already for sure.

They are enjoyable and many times a lot better than most new shows that are coming out now a days. Those are great choices and some classics too.

I usually have the computer on too when I watch a re-run late into the night or early morning. If I can't sleep I have it on low not to wake anyone else and work on my next project.

I used to watch the game shows years ago...they were a lot more entertaining with all the big stars on. Now a days they don't seem to keep your attention much.

Es I do watch reruns. I love watching NCIS and Criminal Minds. I've seen just about all of them more than twice. I also love Mythbusters.

NCIS is one of the best ones, I can watch them over and over too. Criminal Minds and Mythbusters are good ones too. Interesting things you find out when watching Mythbusters and some of the stunts they do are pretty wild.

I absolutely love the Golden Girls, unfortunately they haven't run them for some time now, whether it's because all of them have sadly passed on, apart from Betty White (Rose) I bought all the dvds and I will watch them regularly. I always watch the re-runs of Malcolm in The Middle and Stargate. I found Malcolm In The Middle clearly by chance when I was flicking through the channels to find something to watch. I never get tired of watching it.
