Valentine's day is too commercial for me, so I don't approve. I prefer to celebrate anniversary of first date, first kiss and etc.
All this objects, are you serious?
But some people asked me for scrapbook (my hobby, see in my profile) and I think is good decision. It's personal and sentimental.

The thoughts around Valentine's Day are the same for us as they are everyday. Valentine's Day is also our wedding anniversary. This year however we will be spending it apart due to a business trip. It is not possible with children in school to be able to join up and be together. We will however make a point to celebrate our special day another day when we can be together and dine out for a wonderful meal at a nice restaurant.

hi ritzz07
Sad to say I don't have plans for valentine's day, since my boyfriend isn't here. Maybe this coming february 14 2012 will be the same, regular, normal, boring day for me..lol..But I do hope he will surprise me..hoping for that..

Hiya ritz,
I would just plan a Day together with her if you can and get to go to a place where you cannot normally get out to something like that and a small gift.
Sorry would not really know what kind of gift as that is personal to each of us.
Be sure to have a great Day though coming up very soon now.
Have no idea what I will do yet not enough time to think of it really.xxx

I have plan on surprising my wife. In our family, I never really cook for us, so for this valentine, I will be the one to cook for her..

I don't think he will celebrate valentine so no need for me to do something extra.
Last year I sent a special card he says it never arrived.
This year I will be there. I think that is special enough. So if he would ask for a gift this is his gift.

No plans at all as this year I am single. I have not entertained any suitor yet although there are some who are still around and waiting. But since I treat them as friends only I don't think they'll have the courage to ask me out since they know that I will say no. My plans is to just be at home.

it is very sad to say that in this valentine i am not planning for anything.there are some reason behind that due to that i am unable to do anything for my love.and she really understands me and supports me.if we are in love then every day is valentine day.we will plan it when condition is favorable to us.

As a busy person like me and my boyfriend, we have still work on the February 14 , we plan to celebrate it in advance on February 12. Because that's the only time we have, and to be together. We gonna spend quality time at my home and i will cook for him the favorite home dish that he cannot eat, because he is very busy and every time he only eat at the fast food chain only. then we will spend it also with my mom and dad, my brother and her wife, everyone of us are going to celebrate at home and have a simple but sweet memorable family valentine activity.

My husband and I have decided that we are not going to buy presents for eachother this year. We want to save up for a trip to Asia and in order to get enough money for that trip we have to cut back on the money that we spend on other things. Instead of gifts that we buy in a shop our trip will be our gift this year Last year my husband and I received a gift card. With this gift card we can get a free brunch in a restaurant, and we have decided to spend the gift card on Valentine's day. We are going to have brunch in the restaurant where we met 4 years ago.

I will be working Valentine's Day. That is the only thing I have planned that day! This is fine with me! I have no husband or boyfriend. So I don't have two qorry about getting a gift! I don't mind not having a special person in my life. It is one less thing to worry about!

well i would really love to "propose" to him again this valentine's day.
he is the one who actually proposed to me and its the 3rd Valentine's day together.
i would cook some of his favorite dishes and would give him some gifts of utility.
well that is all i have planned yet, rest time will decide.

I think most lovers are expecting the day very much, so do I. As to me, I want this Valentine's Day to be different. I've spent 2 Valentine's Day with my boyfriend yet. He used to send gift to me and brought me to a special place for dinner. However, will he bring me a big surprise this time? Will he propose to me with a huge bouquet of roses? I'm looking forward to that.
