i'm not actually body conscious but when it comes in waistline i'm super conscious my waistline is 27inches or size 7 i'm ideal waistline is 24inches and some of my friends told me my waistline is okay and appropriate at my age. but i don't think so, it is hard to me to have that ideal waistline because i eat too much especially junk food i cant control it and sometimes lack of exercise due to my duties in hospital and requirements.
what should i do to have this ideal waistline? can you give me some tips.

I don't think you should let yourself be dictated by whatever it is the waistline is 'supposed' to be. I think that if you feel healthy, and if it's appropriate for your body, then you should be happy with a 27.
And by the way, a 27 is already way too skinny I think!
But if you could stop eating junk food, then it would be way even better!

wow i wish i can be only 3" over supposedly perfect waistline :)
but there are so many computations for the way to change your size so i wont even attempt to try.
all i say is as others have mentioned, firstly it is your happiness that counts and if you happy at 27" then stick to it don't try lose it and don't forget the older we get the harder it is to lose quickly.
i do not know if you are over weight because waist size does not necessarily affect weight :) but i would just say maintain regular exercise to keep your heart rate up and burn of the calories you digest during the day.
someone mentioned health concious .. well yes its always good to eat the right things but life is also for enjoyment so if you like junk food then eat it but do it in moderation ok :) NOT every night :) healthy food can be prepared quick also :)

Well my friend, as long as you compensate you size 27 waistline with a hips that measures more or less 36 or 37, you will still have a coca cola body.
It's just but natural for single ladies to be conscious of their waistline. Unlike us married women, we are conscious with our bellies.
