I am sorry Twilight Saga fans but I am sure a lot will agree with me when I say that Kristen Stewart is a terrible actress. I cringe whenever I watch her parts on the Twilight Saga. Seriously, I cannot tell what emotion she is trying to convey because it seems that the expression on her face is not changing all throughout the movie. It is funny and annoying at the same time.
Anyway, I saw a poster of her earlier and I almost trip over my foot. I cannot believe that she will be the lead actress on the up coming movie Snow White and the Huntsman. I do not know how to react on this one. Snow White is a classic and I don't know if Kristen Stewart can bring justice to her character. I hope she has more acting skills up her sleeves because this is Snow White we are talking about, not just another young adult movie.
How bout you fellow mylotters, what do you think about Kristen Stewart and her up coming role as Snow White? Do you think she can give justice to the classic fairy tale character?

Ashley Greene is amazing. However, I guess her character fits more with Alice than Bella so I will not recommend her to change her part. :)

haha I so very much agree. Kristen Stewart drives me absolutely insane. I cant stand her haha. I love complaining about her though. I don't think she can pull off the Snow White thing. That's one movie I don't want to see, but woud love to find out if she has any other expressions in lol

While I'm not a big fan, I think Kristen Stewart deserves some credit for her acting ability. The fact that she did receive positive reviews in some of her films like Into The Wild, Welcome To The Rileys and The Runaways, and has been nominated for acting awards in some films say something about her acting. But then again, I'll leave the judgment to those who know better, and I must admit I'm not one of them. About Snow White and the Huntsman, its take on the story is more of an action/adventure film and I don't think it's the best avenue to show off one's acting prowess. So, can she give justice to the character of Show White? I think so coz Snow White is such a beauty and KStew satisfies that requirement, but I don't think the role requires heavy acting that will make her shine/stand out as an actress. Peace

I agree with you, her acting in Twilight saga is just terrible. She needs some acting classes, her expressions are so bad. As for the snow white movie, we can only hope she can do justice to her character and the movie. Hopefully she has made some progress in her acting skills. We'll just have to wait and watch

When they showed Twilight on television, I saw it for half hour and got bored with the movie. I found same thing about Kristen Stewart, she has the same expression all the time and now with Snow White and the Huntsman she has become one of the highest paid actress.
I haven't seen Snow White and the Huntsman, but the reviews are good about this movie, but due to Kristen Stewart I didn't take a chance.
I will see Snow White and the Huntsman when it's shown in television so that if I didn't like the starting I could quit watching it ...

I'm a twilight fan. But don't worry, I think Kristen steward doesnt really know how to act either. I think she would suite a movie where a character wakes up from coma a forgot everything and went mentally unstable. Her never changing expression would fit right in. However, as for snow white and the huntsman, she's not exactly the focus (or the ONLY focus as others would say) but the evil queen is. Snow white, in those classic tales where she's saved by a prince, well she would suite that but not this snow white and the huntsman, she lack every other emotion accept for mentally insane emotion.

I have noticed that about Kristen Stewart's acting ever since I first saw her on the movie Panic Room. I thought her rather lackluster acting was because she was portraying a sick child. But when I saw her in Twilight, her acting was still the same. But I guess she pulled it off since the Twilight Saga did great at the box office. I don't know if she'll do good in the upcoming Snow White and the Huntsman but this version isn't the classic Snow White. It's more of an action genre. SO I guess we'll just have to see :)

I tend to agree. She is cast in roles that usually require someone who is very good at making that one facial expression she has, though, so it usually ends up working. About Snow White, though--I think she is supposed to be a hero in it. How can she be a hero with just that one facial expression? Well, I guess we'll see!

OMG, I'm really glad reading your discussion!!! I really am! You've said right there! I thought I'm the only one who doesn't Kristen's acting as I thought she can't act at all!!! I mean, not only in Twilight Saga. Everytime I watch one of her movies, I always see the same face! I thought oh come on, you should put a happy face, sad face, surprised face, and so on. But no. She's just flat. In all movies she roles! That kinda making me losing watching a great movie just because she's there. :( And now you're talking about she's going to be a Snow White! Oh no. Please noooooo... She can cancel her contract, can't she? :O She's going to ruin the Snow White in my imagination!! :(

Hello.... I did not agree with you but when I try to remember her expression.......... You are right, I could not more agree with you. I know she looks great but her expression in some characters are not good enough. Is it because her face form or what .
Well she should be more carefull in playing snow white because we all know snow white and her character well. Not like in twilight that was the first time being filmed and most of people were satisfied. You have to work hard K-Stew .

I'm not fan of Twilight series but i loved Kirsten Stewart. There is something in her eye that can melt mans heart. I liked her boyish style shes beautiful. Yeah she is!alongside with Charlize Theron. She can improve more as an actress there are certain things you must consider before accepting the role. If the role fit your personality or not.
