Self Publishing

I just self published my second book the other day. I don't really like to publish with agents and stuff because I'm impatient. I'd rather just get everything done on my own. Problem is my grammar skills aren't that great... Oh well... But I always get excited when it's published. Of course, I have to buy my own book to distribute it. Anyone else self publish? I write fantasy - science fiction - post apocalyptic stuff by the way. Creative writing is great!

It depends on what you do as in may case I do not know if I could swing the costs of self publishing so I have to do the publisher shuffle.

I honestly didn't know this could be done, I always thought you had to go through a publisher, that is great for people who feel they have a talent for this sort of thing, good on you, I hope you sall many books.

No I don't but you really also don't if you have good experiencie in sales and marketing. Nowadays nobody who is a great author sells, the people who sell are the BEST SELLERS and not BEST AUTHORS, right? I wish you good like and I would like to see that book, if you could give me one, I live in brazil.

I think it great that you actually got to the stage where you are. It is accomplishment and something to be proud of. Not sure where you would like to go with the publishing aspect but there will always be an option to create future editions with any changes you want to make. Getting feedback from people after reading your book, I'm sure will be good for the process. Two down and more yet to come, well done and keep up the good work.
