psymonizer hmmmm For S Spaetzle could be made it is a German dish. Irish you could go with w scotish egg ( a mix of ground meats around the outside of a hard boiled egg). Ecuador Has made ceviche I believe which is a seafood dish coked with citrus juices instead of heat....

psymonizer Ya sadly there will always be a market for cheap mass produced food however usually its more poisonous then edible. Flavor wise usually the local stuff will have better nuances and overall a better flavor. Would the go for the restaurant industry as well?
