That was a lousy disapointment.

Yesterday I picked up an after work snack at White Castle. Now before I go any further, I already know my snacks are often bigger than most peoples meals. I'm ok with that. I ordered 4 sliders & fries which were all well & good. It was when I tried my side of BLACK ANgUS chili that I was disapointed. This stuff resembled half decent chili....That had it's flavor sucked out & been blended down to a diarrhea like paste. If there was anything resembling meat or beans in there it had already been digested & regirgitated by whomever had it before. I'll not be having that again.

'Diarrhea like taste' - that does NOT sound good LOL. I've had a few mishaps with fast food places too. My latest one, which is not a really big deal in comparison, was that I got a baked potato from Wendy's and it was supposed to just have butter/chives in it, and I found 3 (THREE!!!) jalapenos in it! GROSS! I hate jalapenos so this was a really disgusting surprise. LOL.

I have never tried or even knew they had chili. It used to be the only thing you could order were white castles and french fries when I grew up. I don't have them in my area and I got to say their white castles are not anywhere as good as the fresh ones they make. We have Krystals here and maybe once a month I will get two krystals but they don't take the place of white castles taste. Sorry you had such a bad experience. I remember when you could buy white castles @ 10 cents each and french fries were 15 cents. Am I showing my age?
