Does anyone have any tips for helping of the getting rid of tummy pouch and flabby arms that doesnt involve the whole cosmetic surgery thing. i'd prefer to get rid of it all naturally. problem is ive been eating well and i do exercise lightly to moderately ( was a lazy gamer). but it seems like no matter what i do i cant seem to shed any of the excess pounds. so just wondering if anyone has had similar issue and if have any tips that worked for you that might help me

Maybe you need to add weights on your exercise regimen to tone down your arms? There are no quick fixes for these situations, just proper diet and exercise (repetitive ones). I heard barre exercise is really good for targeting the problematic area. On a quick note, get some spanx. It's the surest way to have a better silhouette while you wait for your efforts to pay off.

Here in the Philippines, we have a pineapple drink product that contains L-Carnitine that is known to have fat-burning power. The product's brand name is "Fit n Rite". Many people have tried drinking it, and it works.

I also drink Fit n Rite, and aside from it works, it also tastes good!

It would be great if you could find a place close-by to go swimming. That would be the best remedy for flabby arms. And for your tummy ... you need a lot of intense jogging and crouches.

The only solutions to your problem is intense gym workout. And if you have been working out, i guess the problem is in your exercises. Add a little more weights in your exercises to tone up the muscles in your arms. You also have to complement it with a protein diet. Get rid of carbs on your diet. Maybe you could also do yoga. It burns a lot of fat than you ever know. Jogging would also do it for you. Remember to just take it easy and do one step at a time. Dont force yourself to do a lot if you know you can't do it. Just do what you think you can do and what you think is helpful for you. Goodluck! :)

Hi I am trying to lose weight and tone my body as well, and Tae Bo and Yoga really helped me lose some weight, and to get rid of the cellulite (Flabs and pouches) I found a video in youtube that really helped, it is by howdiniguru. You should try it it really helped me. But I am still in the process now, but somehow there are visible changes already.

It depends on a few factors, namely? Your age, how active you are (sorry but light to moderate won't do much), are you working out 3 times a week for a minimum 30 mins? Do you incorporate any cardio (running) into your work outs? I have this issue but mine is mostly from surgery I had almost a year ago.

24, moderatly active say 4 times a week normally 45 mins to an hour which is normaly how long i stay out jogging and running. i dont think im that good with working my workout schedule. i have done the zumba thing before, but most of mine consists of messing with my weights, and running and pushups, situps and some pilates i think they are called

If you like dancing try the new zumba it helps a lot of people out to lose the weight they want and you can do it while having fun. If that doesnt work try running on a tread mill or using an eliptical instead of just lightly moderate excercising. Go for walks every day things like that. Hope this helps and you lose the weight you want too.

Hi, Kotarei, you really need to need to lose weight and to workout, you cannot skip this. I would suggest you divided nutrition but not a complex diet. It is enough to follow a simple rule - you can eat protein foods with vegetables and carbohydrate foods with vegetables. But don't mix protein with carbohydrates. Years ago I needed to shape my body and do it fast. I made workout every day, wrapping up with plastic material the problematic parts - my thighs and bottom. This provokes a lot of sweating and those parts get slimmer fast. Today you could find other material than plastic bags, I'm sure. Anyway, you need to be persistent. Good luck.
