goodkat I would definitely say "let go". Because something that requires a lot of compromise will break down in the end anyway, and you would only feel like you wasted more time than you should have. Which would generally be true. If you don't have kids, LET GO....

goodkat It would be great if you could find a place close-by to go swimming. That would be the best remedy for flabby arms. And for your tummy ... you need a lot of intense jogging and crouches.

goodkat Here's your answer: Absolutely not! Drinking urine does not have any benefits other than saving the toilet water that you would flush. Certain yoga practitioners claimed it would be good to drink it, but no solid scientific proof came to support the claim....
