The difference with The X-Factor

I have just realized the difference between American Idol and The X Factor. Although both are reality-singing contest, and features almost the same set of talents and bloopers, I realize that Ryan Seacrest is the difference. His brilliant hosting and voice over makes the show watchable. I gave up on the x factor because their host was not at all funny and he sounds boring.
Do you think that it makes a difference at all?

I love his punchlines especially to those untalented contestants at the beginning of the show. I was laughing out load with the contestant who claims that every one who sees her will just stare in amazement, and Ryan did just that, he just stares at this contestant. But boy, when you hear her sing, she was awful.

No. As long as the two shows are good to see, I do not care which person who does the hosting even though; Ryan Seacrest is good in hosting on shows. I do not know. Maybe he is so familiar and famous in hosting on some tv shows that I seen from the past, that is why for me, Ryan Seacrest is good when it comes to hosting.

I don't know. I'm still hooked with American Idol. I thought I'd stop watching it without Simon, but, hey, it's not as bad as I thought it would be. Perhaps you're right, though, because I can't even recall who the host is at X Factor! Well, I haven't watched that many episodes to be a judge of that. Where we are, my schedule fits better with AI than X Factor.

X-factor already fired their host together Paula and Nicole, Its rumored that the show will now be hosted by former WWE wrestler Stacy Keibler and Mariah and Britney spears will be the new judges.
I did like the UK version and australian version of X-factor and X-factor is the reason why many "idols" around the world were cancelled. I think the US version becomes a dissapointment they didnt try hard to be the "anti-idol"
"The voice" did though and it beats Idol in ratings.

Personally for many people Ryan Seacrest reminds them of D-ck Clark and all he used to do when he was younger. Ryan Seacrest is more of an entertainer himself and a Big help for people. I Love watching him and listening to him talk, and he is a Big help for Idol for sure.
