Some people just wants to go the wrong way even when they know it is!

it is one of those long days that never seem to end.
One problem after another at the work place. Not that I am complaining about the workload. It is what keeping the bread on the table!
It is the people you have to deal with that makes the solving of these problems long and tedious.
Take for example, we had this problem of not being able to send out some messages in our application.
And there is a way to test if we can send these messages or not using some debugger tools that was provided by the developer.
Then we have this colleague who refuses to follow the rules.
Keep insisting that we have to try alternative ways to try and use the debugger to send the same message when only one way works!
It is exactly like getting up a car. The rule is, you have to turn on the engine, put the car into gear before stepping on the gas to move off.
There is no two ways about that!
But this colleague is the type that will argue "but I have to try stepping on the brakes without turning the ignition to see if I can get the car going... or if I try stepping on the gas without engaging the gears, I wonder if the car would move..." etc etc.
It just grates on your nerves!
Do you have people like that in your life that you have to deal with?
It just grates on your nerves, doesn't it?

There's no point in getting upset with them, or end up frustrating yourself since they are never going to listen to u. Let them be while u continue to work on your solution to the problem. Should they ever realize their approach is never going to work, they will turn back. If they are the stubborn types, just allow them to do so, next time round, they will co-operate.. lol

well, i just ignore those people... as long as i know that i am doing the right thing, then i don't care what other people is telling me... i just stick to my principle and keep on doing what i think is right... take care and have a nice day...

the question is, what if what you think is right is wrong?
if someone were to tell you there is a wall in front of you, don't bang into it. but you are thinking, what-do-you-know and continue walking, seeing the wall, you will still walk into the wall just to prove a point to yourself that there is a wall there when someone already told you it is there?

Don't we all? I don't try to give advice on things unless it is asked for. I actually work with a girl similar to that. She insists on doing things according to how she "wants" to do them even though they are wrong. I don;t bother saying anything anymore. She'll learn when the boss catches on when she gets enough complaints from customers.

Well some people are really just going to be stubborn. That is really just the fact of the matter to say the very least. People tend to believe that they have to try things a certain way, even if multiple people are really telling them what to do, what is up, they are going to just dig their heels right into the ground and argue you.
I know people like this. I really know people like this to say the very least and they are the most annoying people in the world. I calmly explain to them the facts and they're like, "no, we should do it this way..." even when I explain why that way is wrong. Some people just feel like they are an expert at everything and have to take a different journey. Its a fact I've learned to accept.

Let's just say that people in the world are different. We can't have it in our own way. We can't control the life of others. There are some people who choose the wrong way it's because they wanted to learn from their mistake. If they knew that what they're doing is wrong then it would be beneficial for them for they would learn.

hmm... but there are somethings that will go disastrous if you do not follow the advise of those who already experienced it.
Like a machine for example. If it is made to function for one particular purpose, it is best to use it as such. Trying to use the machine for a purpose that it is not intended, may lead to consequences that are undesirable. no?

Every one is unique. The individuality of every person can help us see things in different angles. To understand this differences perhaps a little empathy by putting our feet on to his shoes. In this way i think we can understand why one person think that way and why and how he /she come up to that certain ideas.

Our life is a long journey with full of obstacles and path to take.It is our decision and responsibility to choose with path to take,the right path that may lead us to good or the wrong path that may lead us to bad that may cause consequences that we should face.
We deal people who choose the wrong way everyday that sometimes irritating yet disappointing to know that they have to choose the wrong.God always give us the Chance to Choose our Choices for us to Change to be a better person.

Every individual has instinct between right or wrong. They want to taste the so call " danger or taste the trill of their life. Others contented of who they are and remain good for the rest of their lives, even though some people try to pull them to hang out.
We cannot please them, or try them to stop that. They have their own understanding. Basically human knows the danger but they continue to ignite it for they have pride. Its the only way to do that even it cause failure and its consequences.
Dealing with that, gives you heartaches and headaches. You need to have more patience and keep cool before your temper strikes out.
