I do not like boys or men that wears earrings. it does not look cool for me. i guess there are just somethings that we are to get used to. and for me, i just ain't going too get used to seeing a man wear an earring. nothing against them personally, though just don't like seeing jewelry meant for women on men.

Though I do not wear earrings myself yet I have no problem with it. I mean looking at those people specifically men wearing them is just fine with me. That's part of fashion anyway and every one has the right to do it not only women.
But if you'll ask me if is it okay with me if my growing up son will wear earrings, my answer would be no. Though I'm not against with it but I don't want to see my boys wearing earrings.

Boys wearing earrings is no longer a fashion. It's considered a thing of the past. My bf used to wear it when he's 16 and the trend started about 12 years ago. BAck then, it's fashion but not now. My brother is wearing earrings as well when he's in college. My mother used to nag and opposed to it but after a while, she accepted it. They even shared tips on where to get nice earrings but they would never share the same one. With people wearing earrings now, i don't find it surprising since i've been exposed to it a decade ago.

At first when that fashion started, i find it odd that the boys would wear an earrings too.
But as it becomes the craze, i find it okay already. Though i don't like it when they wear earrings on both ears. I find it more manly if it's just in one earring and it's just a stud.

The fashion statement of wearing earrings was originally started by men. Look at pirates and warriors of old. They wore earrings to prove how tough they were and I think this trend still applies in today's fashion. I myself suffer from the stigma men shouldn't wear earrings but if one of my sons wanted to wear them I would let them express themselves.

i personally dont see a problem with is, although its seen as a feminine thing like stated above, look at pirates they wore them as i sign of being tough, more and more things these days are becomming unisex. earings, straightening hair, rings, neckalaces. personally i dont think it should be a problem. since it doesnt really change who we are individually ?
