And now almost everyone are connected to internet most of the time. online shopping made easy from just our finger tips Personally i also like to shop online, In a mall, i have to walk and visit so many store to get more varieties and option but from internet, i get to see all that without having to move at all. Mostly i like to buy from forums because it is easy to communicate with the seller with prompt reply. How do shop safely online and what make u convinced to buy from an online seller?

I only buy a few things at this point, I am still a little worried about it all as in giving financial information and such but if I really want something I go for it.

What convinces me to shop from particular shop? well, hard to say. But you'd better make it simple - not too many 'insurances' that it's not a fraud, simple payment methods, an accessible and clear list of product. That's it. Sites like Amazon, DealExtreme,SportDepot are good examples.

I often shop online. Actually lately I just bought a product from Amazon. I really like it. Since the price is better. There are more options via the net and the delivery is fast. I can buy something which I can't find nearby. I love China

does buying items like that cheap? i mean the postage cost. i purchase and liaised with my supplier from china online to get cheaper price when i buy in bulk to save on the postage fee.. if international postage are not so expensive from Amazon, it will be good to sell those products in dropship method...

I will shop online a lot, because you can get some incredible bargains online which you might not be able to get anywhere else. In addition to this, you don't have to go to the shops which would save you a good amount in travel costs and also saves you a lot of effort as well. I prefer shopping online now, because it costs me £4.50 to get to the shops and back on the bus, and often the clothes and everything else are more expensive as well, which means that it is actually properly cheaper to shop online which I think is important in this economic climate.

Personally speaking, buying stuffs online has already been one of my habits. With the development of Internet, especially the improve of connection speed and method of payment, shopping online is becoming more and more convenient. Due to the decrease of various costs, I could save a lot of money shopping online in comparison with buying them in the shops. And those B2C and C2C websites could provide me with more choices than shopping malls. When I decide to buy something online, I always compare those online shops, such as their prices and ratings, then make the final decision.

A lot! I'm from Bulgaria, for God sake! I mean, that's ok.. but some of the new stuff which comes out arrives here after ages! Or it's too expensive! Or there's no such size (I'm about 6'7 -6'8 feet :) ). So there many trustworthy sites, from which I order cloths, shoes, gadgets etc. It's quicker, it's cheaper, it definitely saves you up the stress from shopping. So - an advise- get you credit card and go in to start shopping!

no yes here in India most of people shop offline visiting the store and buying the thing after cross examination. Yes but now I say 25 percent people might have started to buy online to save time energy and the basic reason we buy offline here in India is to get rid of fraud.Since we have many fraudulent deals here in India everyday. Hi Caira, only sometimes i shop online. Most of the time, i prefer to shop offline, where i am able to examine the product, before i am able to decide to buy it. Besides that, on certain product when i shop offline, i am able to buy on cheaper price. I only shop online when i don't have the time to shop offline. By the way, i am quite interest to know more on how to set up the online store successfully. Hope to hear more from you.

Hi Caira, I do shop online but only those things that are not available in stores or those that are not readily available in my location. I do have my reservations though when it comes to shopping online, soI am very careful when choosing the stores. You're right though, online shopping is the "in" thing these days specially those you are internet savvy. I wish you good luck in your venture.

It's great to know that a fellow mylotter is an online seller. Selling is really not for me. It's not my forte. I had shopped online before. Most of the stuff that I order were Health supplements and Slimming products. I'm looking forward on how did you set-up an online shop.

I have only bought something online through Ebay. And it is only because I cannot find the item locally or it is cheaper through Ebay. I'm not much of a shopper anyway; I mostly only shopping for my children necessities.

Hello cairalyssa, I also prefer shopping via internet. In my country it is getting more and more popular and people get use to shop online. One big advantige is that ussually the items are cheaper than in normal stores. So I usually find someting in normal shop, try it there and after buy it via internt. I prefer buying only from companies with good reputation and reiting because there can be some scam companies too.

I shop through amazon.com the most when I do shop and they are a very reputable company. I will buy from individual sellers there or from stores that are located in other States. I make sure that I look at the ratings the seller has and the review of the product too so that I can be sure it's what I Want. I've never been steered wrong in a sale. I've known people who have dealt with sites where things have to be custom ordered and made and they also had good experience. The most important thing, as you said, is open communication with the seller. Good luck on your online store, just remain able to answer questions and you will do fine!

I love shopping online, than going to department stores. But there are dis/Advantages of course. I prefer an online store with lots of buyer feedbacks. Mostly I prefer local store that I can do meet-ups to pick my item and give the payment. That makes me feel good.

I'm afraid I don't purchase stuff online. I usually don't buy much and the little I do is usually food, clothes or electronics, most of which I need to actually see to get what I want. I don't know, if I'm buying lets say apples, I like being able to pick them...
