Are you believe in god?

Physically God can not be seen. Look around you. Who determines night and day? Look at the sky at night. Look those shiny stars. Those are created by God. Now I ask you simple questions. Why are we protected from being attacked by meteors? You see outside there in the open space millions of meteors are coming down into the earth but there is a layer that blocks the meteors. Consequently we are saved. God has determined this, since we are all created by Him.

Yes, I do firmly believe in GOD. Without Him, I will not be here on this earth. The conscience, love and pity we felt for those people who are suffering some diseases, those who are less fortunate and for those people who are poor and disabled are something that we can assure that GOD is really good because He put that "conscience and love" in our heart to feel pity and to help other people. This is one of the best examples that we can rely and assure that there is really a GOD. As I read other comments here, some of them answered pretty well, yet you still do not believe. By the same token, I could say that I don't believe in you because I don't see you, I don't feel you and you don't help me. But me no buts! What do you have to say about that?

I do ...I am in fact a firm believer for that matter...the belief in the existence of God has saved me umpteen times from misery and disaster. Thank God1

I believe a great belief in God, if you do believe in the great power of God created us and created the universe around us. The question who did it? If your thinking and believing are the only By what you see. So, your thinking is still like the little Boy who always ask his parents, where is God?, i can not see him. To facilitate the topic, can i say that we all do not see our Mind, But we strongly believe that we have a mind We manage things by, and we can not see our Mind. Not everything we believe to be that we see.

Hello, Tamosree1993. Welcome to myLot, and I hope that you have a good time. To answer your question, YES. I really do because I see him in science and in everything else. I was at one time an atheist, but there was one book I read that changed my mind. It was "Evidence That Demands A Verdict". I never saw things in that way and I was willing to open my eyes to another understanding. I hope that one day you will read that book as well. It really is a good book and full of information. I personally do believe in a higher power, a power which controls our lives but i feel organised religion is a bit misguided in the sense that i feel some religions are forced upon us. Dont get me wrong im quite happy with people who do believe in god but when you see a preacher out in the street almost telling us what to believe then that's where the line has been crossed and are free will is compromised

We all have our own opinion on our beliefs; I just hope that we respect those people who believe in the divine providence and those who don't. For me God is real and without Him, my family will not overcome all our problems, be it small or big He is always with us.

Yes I do believe in God. There are a lot of things that we can't see but just because we can't see it doesn't mean it's not there. For example the wind. We don't see it but we feel it's effects, the air we breathe etc. There are so many wonderful things on this planet that gives me evidence that their is a creator. We have all the wonderful and neat creatures on this earth. And no one can tell me that all of this came about my accident because I don't believe that for a minute. It's like smashing a watch into tiny pieces putting into a bag and continously shaking it forever. You can't expect it's going to make a masterpiece. And that didn't happen with our universe. It was intelligently designed. God doesn't answer our prayers in the same way we may expect or hope for.

No I don't. I've been baptised, raised that way and I never noticed any help of a god. As years passed by I never saw anything which I could thank god for. I only met people who claim they believe in god, who stab others in the back, who are far from social, loving their neighbour, who are always pointing at others and blaming god or the devil for what happened to them (instead of using their own brains and energy to go for what they want). This doesn't mean I don't respect people (generally speaking) who do believe in a god or goddess or any other kind of believe. I think it's up to that person what he/she needs for a hero to believe in to feel stronger. But I do notice that many believers change the rules to their own hand, are not such a strong believers at all/have not that much faith at all in their god, otherwise they would feel happy and be full of trust in times of need whole time.

Definitely god is there. Not necessarily you will feel or see everything which really exists. If you think that when you are in a tough situation god will appear in front of you and will help you out of that situation and only then you will trust on him then I think it does not work that way but he will definitely give you some hint about how to get rid of that situation. The rest is on you. You have to take that hint correctly and solve the problem yourself. It is said that god helps only them who helps themselves.

Hello friend, actual i agree with you this matter. I also dont belive in god. in my knowledge god within human. But its a very rediculas think i belive in superstition. Actual it is my belive. I have a lucky locket. Actual i belive in luck. I dont belive also ghost! So do you belive in superstition?

There is nothing compelling enough to make me believe in such a thing and there is scientific evidence to say otherwise. Most religious writing do not make any logical sense so I guess that is a "no". I often feel that peoples' belief in god is for selfish moral reasons.

The issue at hand is that people commonly see "GOD" as an external figure that watches and judges them from a mystical land. So they'll try to live their lives according to "GOD's rules" which are just made up scriptures to coax people in handing over their well earned money. The truth in the matter here is that god is not some external force but an internal one that exists in all beings. Its what connects us all and we can all feel it if we really do try. Think about it in the conceptual nature of you are god but the guy next to you is god too and so is the rock on the ground. We are all just equally important pieces to one awesome puzzle. SAT NAM!

If you don't belive either in God, its okay because there is a time for everything to know and accept the truth, that we are just a human to experience the meaning of life by your personal preferences. God don't dictate you or me to belive but its his right to be worship and glorified. just live when your so smart and brave like a hero we recognize your name a a great man. just like that .. Even God do not be God to you we respect it because you don't open our heart to the truth that God is not a form of matter or a body of science. for me God is Eternal and Merciful . just my comment. just respect it. happy mylotting

we need to believe in him cause hes the one whos created us and who created the earth we live in,, how come you dont feel the present of god,?? maybe your experiencing something,, you just need feel him spiritually,, thats it!!

Yes I do. We may not see God, just like the wind but we certainly can feel it. We certainly can feel that God is with us. Just like photosynthesis we don't see it, but it's there that's why plants continue to live. God is there working in His silent way so that we continue to live. Believing in God must have faith- a firm faith, that when a storm hits we still remain rooted in God. let me share this story to you: During a storm there was a man trapped in the rooftop, and waters surrounded the building he's in. He prayed hard to God to save him. A minute later a rescue team spotted him and offered to save him, but he said no because he insisted that God will save him. the rescuers insisted that he take their help, but he was stubborn, until the water caught him and he drowned. The man then complained to God, why He didn't save him when in fact he prayed real hard, Then God said "I've tried to help you but you refuse me. Those rescuers, I'm the who sent them". Just like in our life, even if we don't pray, God knows our need and sends someone to help us, but just like the man in our story we refuse to see and acknowledge it.

i do believe in god even though i rarely go to the church but i have a faith in him
