what's your purpose of joining in Mylot?

To earn enough money for some people, but for me, it's clear, that I want to learn english well as im not an english native but english is important in my daily living by often used, im from China Suzhou and now working in a Germany company called Schaeffler, maybe some of you heard of it, I need to communicate with foreign colleagues and of course english is our common communicate way, excellent english ability also can promote my competitiveness, I hope oneday in future I can speak as the english natives and then I can go working aboard, so communicate with the friends coming form the world and learn english well is my major purpose and I think can come it true someday, to earn money on site is second, I dont care it as I have had a not bad job now
are there any people with the some purpose on Mylot? pls share something, thanks

,mylot can help you of course. I have the same dream, to go and work abroad. Hope I'll be able to gain my goals after graduate from college.
My main purpose is the same as yours, I want to learn English, the second is to get more income for my pocket money 
and the last is to spend my free time with something useful and here it is, I have got mylot :) Good luck.

To be honest of course I really want to earn hear. At least posting in forums is my forte so all I want is while I am posting at the same time I am earning as well. Aside from that I was able to maximize my learning skills in English especially the grammar.

but are there any people that really earned much money from this site? I think it really hard to earn enough money by just post and post, 100 posts to make one dollar, so there must be some skills to earn rich money, maybe develop enough referrals... anyone who can share something detail about that ?

That is really great that you are willing to speak English for the other purposes. But remember if you have already learned to speak in English don't brag too much about that language that you can speak and write with correct grammar. Don't ever think that speaking English with correct grammar is basis of intelligence and being smart.
Because you know what is the problem with other Filipinos here in our country? They tend to laugh at the mistake of other Filipinos when it comes to grammar mistakes and if they can't speak fluently. Instead of helping them with dignity and maturity they tend to put down other people to the extent that they don't want to correct them. I really find them very lame that they are using it as their superior.

I didn't met such kind of case of taking the good commanding of english grammar as a superior, when we made mistakes on these, people will kindly point out and help to correct it, after all english is not our national language, so no one can promise to never have no mistake on grammar, I feel strange and sorry for what you said in your country, I hope this will be a single case not common

Mylot is not a very big Earning site. Those who comes here for earnings they will active for some days then the little penny only comes from here. So they quit from here.
I also comes here for Money only after then only i realised it's not very big earning site. But we can get some Better responses for our Queries. And also i agree with your thought we can improve our writing skills in English.
Now i am here for improve my Knowledge by participate here in all parts of discussion and gather things i didn't know from that particular Query.

Why I join mylot?
First a good friend by acquaintance introduced me this amazing site. Then I browsed it through and find out the potentiality of earning by joining discussions.
Second, Like you, I wanted to sharpen my English writing skills and sentence construction. I know I'm still truggling at this.
Third, this website has given me an opportunity to ease my loneliness from working overseas. I find a true haven to spend my idle time wisely and productively.

Dear andy4pinoy, glad to know you are working abroad and I had working with some Philippine friends who gave me good impression when I wroked in Seagate(Suzhou), they were all good at english , I doubt if english is official language or at least the second in your country, correct? you all had good ability of commanding it

I love to get others peoples opinion, thoughts and suggestions on things and this site seems to have such a wide variety of people from different countries, ethnics, religions etc that I would get a pretty good variety of answers.
I love to read and learn this is a fun way of doing just that.

hello everyone! i'm a newbie here.. :) and this post will be my first. hehe.. Ok the reason why i joined myLot is to earn money at the same time doing what i really love.. it is like, hitting two birds in one stone.. :) i love forums specially where i can voice out opinions and actually learning different new things from other posters.. it is such a great fun doing what you love at the same time earning money.. im not a native english speaker too and i agree that you could practice english here.. :)

When i joined mylot my main purpose was to earn money later i found out that i its a great source of information
apart from earning from mylot i have learned a lot about online earning site, improved my English a lot and increase my typing speed. also now i am comfortable in talking in English which before i was not that good at. All thanks to mylot 
now i like to learn about any thing new which interest me and enjoy sharing my views with others and helping others

xizojie: happy to know my chinese friend is working in Germany company -- need for communicating in English is high-- your ability will certainly improve once your post more responses and start discussions. For me earning is secondary -- one reason for my being in mylot in spite of other works pending is the thrill of communicating with friends from all over the world.

In the first time I entered here to earn some money, but then I realized it is more than just a source of money. Here I made some friends and I learned a lot about different people, places and ideas and I improved my English abilities too.
I think I still want the money, but the main factor that keeps me coming here is the improve in my English and the chance to share my ideas and opinions and to learn a lot. Happy mylotting.
