Will Jessica Sanchez wins the American Idol 2012

Jessica is not special. a lot of black people can sing that way but are not given much pride and media attention.

Jessica Sanchez is so talented! However, there are several others equally as talented as Jessica. There can only be one American Idol. Someone has to go home every week. There is a lot of exceptional talent this season. I think that jessica will at least make it to the top five but who knows from there. Remember that even those who do not make it to the top might still have a successful career.

I really hope that she will make it in the finals. SHe really has a great voice and I think she is one of the top contenders in the competition. She just have to listen to the comments of the judges to make it to the finals.

The biggest factor againts her is the genitalia she is born with. Its been 5 seasons since the last time someone with a Uterus wins this competition.I can see her as one of the final girls. she have many odds to defy. did you know, 1 PM in the afternoon, if you use an American Ip address, You can vote in American Idol via skype. complicated process but if you want to support her its could be worth it. she must always choose the right songs so she can stick around, since she doesnt really have sob stories for her family is not poor, she needs to at least show personality on her "home videos" Filipino females had been a staple in American idol since season 3. Jasmine is not really good, Camille,Ramiel and Thia where good but they have poor song choices and got too pressured by over hyping of Phillippine media.

I like Jessica Sanchez not only because I am biased but she can really sing. She seems to be one of the early favorites with the 2 standing ovations she received from the judges. The last performance was also good by my standards but certainly it did not bring the best in her so the judges were quite disappointed. I really hope she reaches the top three but it all depends upon the American fans. I also like Joshua who was obviously another early favorite among the judges. This season has many outstanding contestants and it would be quite difficult to predict the results this early. I have been a consistent follower of American Idol but for the last 3 years most of my favorites did not get the Idol crown like what happened with Adam Lambert.

I do not watch American Idol so I do not have a clear idea as is to who shall win.

hi lk! i'm rooting for jessica all the way to the top. which i hope she bags. my top 2 for the ladies would be jessica and skylar, and my top 2 for the guys would be phillip and colton. but then again, i hope jessica is the one. i got hooked on AI this season not because there's another Fil-Am contestant but because she is that good. i really like jessica's rendition of the prayer, showed lot of emotions, definitely my favorite. love you i do showed lots of spunk and excitement. i will always love you is just passion and grace, the most viewed AI performance in youtube this season. and turn the beat around, although not my favorite of all her performances but still equally good, shows her beat and variety. i know where the fear of jessica-turning-like-thia is coming from. thia had such a great classy voice with a perfect pitch but did not match great song choices and variety coupled with excitement. jessica is different and has a wider range. plus she has the confidence that belied her age. i hope she continuously do well in the next performances. i'm glad filipinos and latinos in the US are supporting her. cheers!

have you seen American Idol season 3? were a filipina was in the final three. Jamsin Trias? randy jackson commented her about her not being a pure blood American. he said this is the American idol baby, American. i wish that Jessica wins. she is a good singer and she has shown signs of being the judges fav early in the competition. she will make us all proud. hoorah for jessica!

I am watching American Idol lately, well i believe Jessica can do it... unless they vote her off... what is they judge her physically? i do not find her that much pretty though - since they are looking for a "whole package" but i pray not. She is really really really good!! I love her too since she is Pinay also. I am also watching So you think you can dance, one of the finalists is a filipino too.. Tadd Gaduang, i hope he wins he is very good too

I'm confident she'll make it to the finals, and it's not because I'm bias as a Filipino, but I truly believe in her capability to do so. Her voice is very impressive and I think Steve Tyler and music producer Jimmy Lovine see that also. I mean, they implicitly say it each time they make comments. But I think Jessica is going to have a big challenge from Skylar Lane and Hollie Cavanagh. They too have great voices plus Skylar is a country singer, and it seems that they have a slight edge always in AI. Jessica also has to contend with Joshua Ledet, the obvious favorite of Jennifer and Randy.

I've always been a fan of American Idol, one of the few reality shows that I look forward to each and every season. Jessica Sanchez is very good, but I hope she doesn't make the same mistake made by Thia Megia who was always choosing "safe" songs which means wrong song choices. Jessica tackles difficult songs which fit her voice well, but her last performance didn't impress the judges. Most contestants get eliminated not because they're not good singers but because of poor song choices. I hope she doesn't fall into that trap (again). I would be happy if she makes it to the top 3 just like Jasmine Trias(Season 3), but of course, much happier if she gets farther.

She had one outstanding song so far, that is all. Then Joshua had one they called "The best song they've heard on Idol" which was not true. It's all a matter of how many fans these people have and who votes. Rememeber, it' snot even important who wins, as there have been many times when they winner did worse than the runner up or even the one in fourth place. I am rooting for Hollie, moreso. And I like Colton Dixon, he is a rocker like me. He has a killer smile and his faith in God will pull him through far, but I know he won't win, oh well. He will still be successful though. Maybe even moreso than the winner.

The song is 'Turn the beat around' by Gloria Estefan. I hope the best of the best will emerge victorious. If its Jessica, then she should win.
