First off, I have worked for this company for almost a year and got an extra job from them for a great pay, so I thought why not. Worked like hell, I am sincere that way, but it was a telecalling job and the results were not what they expected. They had a lousy infrastructure the phone numbers they provided me with were outdated, I got no no feedback on an ongoing basis except to remind me of the deadline and my targets, so I kept working on my part of the deal. Finally, pay out time I am was not even given any feedback, but only half the amount came to my bank. I had to call and ask and was told that I was paid for half the results!! Surprising thing is they had tried to put this clause in at the start of the task and I immediately debated it and they said ok, since we know you, it wont be a problem, we will pay you for your effort and not results. My question is how can I get my money?? I wont even go into the kind of trouble I took to work on this project, but it was tremendous I even tried emailing them to explain and all I got was sarcasm. Hey, I am so mad!!

Well, I've learned my lesson. Never trust an employer, even if you think you know them, get everything new you "sign up to" in writing!

It’s really frustrating when you give your all to work on a project and then you get no pay or your pay is deducted without any notice or consultation. Well just be grateful that you got paid and avoid working for that employer again. Once bitten twice sh
