Aw, too bad for you. I felt that before too! :-) I had a neighbor that I fell in loved with ( Idk why, but it did just happened and I was crazy). I have been crushing with this neighbor for 7 months, and we are closed friends. But this guy of mine, is kind of "flirty" one who flirts(makes every girl he met feel special) everybody. Inspite of that, I still liked him. One day, I got jealous with him and the other girl. Then I texted him (since we text a lot) saying I like him Surprisingly, after I expressed the feelings that I have kept for 7 months, I felt like ready to move on and accept the fact that it's just a crush, and he's no big deal to go after with. But then the chapters of our friendship developed into a "mutual understanding". He began liking me. The ending was, we were about to be lovers but then he cheated on me. I thought he liked me. But the love he had for me was just fake(he had a girlfriend), which is far compared to the feelings I showed him. I did regretted it all(not for confessing) but because I gave him that chance even though I knew from the start that he won't make it on me. My advice to you is, confessing is good. You will have a chance to make him fall for you once he knew you like him, but just be smart to know if the feelings are true. Don't be a fool like me because you will just end up regretting. Well, if it didn't turned out well, just find another guy to feel inlove with. :-) There are lots of fishes in the sea. :-)

You will never know what he thinks unless you talk to him. Take a deep breath and just go and say what you have to say. I understand that it's not that easy, we've all been there, but keep in mind the good things that ca happen when you talk to him. Have an attitude that screams "success". Good luck !

i remember my own. thank you for this discussion. yeah, it was quite a nerve-wracking experience to push forward and follow the heart beating. just being close to that someone was a torture for a faint-hearted mortal. but looking back, i felt so good that i had to go through those achingly childish or teenage experience. how i wish i could meet again those girls that i admired once.

In my view, it should be the boy instead of the girl who expresses love at first. Maybe such view sounds traditional. But I think boys should behave actively in the love relationship. Of course it doesn't mean you should stay quiely in the corner. You'd better send him signals in order to let him know your heart. For instance, you could often ask him out to have dinner or play games. I'm sure the boy could absoutely know your feelings. If he also likes you, he will express it to you at first.

I think it's very brave of to speak it out on mylot. What does it matter what would he react? But if you don't tell him maybe he'll never know your heart then you're "friends" and "smile" to you as a friend. If you're really too shy, here is my suggestion. You may give him some hint through his friends, I thinks his friends should be happy to do such things.
