i dont know why but when i write something especially romantic novel,i feel better than before..maybe cause i can release my sadness,happiness or everything that i feel... so i can say that writing makes stress decrease... how...

mirandakazuto writing is just writing... you don't need any skill to do that. Just do and it'll make your mood better ;)
