Hey all guys, been a while that I haven't make a discussion about my lossing weight journey and now I am ^_^ haha yea Ima need 2 weeks more and I'm good from 129lbs to 120lbs, Ima give my self 2 weeks to lose the 2lbs or 3lbs haha yeah I'm kinna distracted with these foods and that's why I'm giving my self two weeks to lose that lil pounds and I am now happy that I lose weight already. Hope I will be success on that 2weeks plan How about you guys? How's your weight lose journey?

several years ago, i was 70kg, it seemed horrible even though im tall, so i decided to loose weight, little oil, little rice, only milk and fruit, vegetable, and drink lots of water, but meat is necessary. when i take rice, no meat, and vice versa, i think the two combination will produce fat easily. and do exercises, run everyday and yoga. it helped me to loose almost 20kg after 3 monthes. but now, i am 60kg, diet is hard to continue for me, hehe...

Hi Peonyscorpio, Welcome to Mylot You're right! Lossing weight is hard and it needs self decipline too especially with eating habits. You've done it very well though coz most of people who's trying to lose weight ended up gaining more coz of impatient and lack of eating decipline and I know, I believe I can do it

i think we need to loose more weight in case of rebound, hehe, more or less, it indeed rebound.

i also want to lose more weight but my mom said that i'm already fit. i am 5 ft, and i weight 110 lbs. for me i'm still a 'bit fat specially my arms my thighs and my calves but my stomach is flat. i've been searching on how to lose or to tone those extra fats in my arms and calves.

Hi Janeross, welcome to mylot. I think your size is just fine to your height. But yea, do whatever that can make you comfortable and happy

I used to be underweight and just get my ideal weight lately.(^^) I'm pretty sure its all because of the exercise, I don't say that I lose weight but the exercise added some weight to my body and its built muscles and I feel glad with it. 2 to 5 lbs in 2 weeks?? I hope you will get it. I just do not want you to harm yourself. Anyway how do you managed to lose your weight? Through some diet routine or by exercising???(^^)
