have you watched the "contagion" film. It's a very nice movie, telling how a micro bacteria can affect millions of people. some sort of an outbreak thing. well the technical adviser of this film was a real scientist "Ian Lipkin" and it's a very nice story really. my mom was the one who introduced me this film when i was in vacation at her house last month. is there any film that you had watched that has the same thee as this one? what are those?

Yes, it's one of the few movies I've gone tho the theater to see. I thought it was a very good film. Sort of reminded me of the movie small pox,

It sort of has the same theme, not the same plot. the difference is, smallpox is a terrorist attack as opposed to an outbreak. it aired longer ago than I thought, 2002.
Both movies are real good.

I have yet to see it because knowing me and my hypochondriac nature I'd be all "omg i have that! omg we're all done for!" haha... It would seriously freak me out. Everyone keeps saying that the world is overdue for a plague so it's one of my biggest fears..but I'm just a big baby lol, I did hear the movie was well done though!

well you need to see the film. hehehe it's a nice film. talking about how a little virus can affect millions of people. plus it has good actors though and good director too. don't worry about it seeing the film, it's just for precautionary purposes. on how would you handle this kind of symptoms etc.

The director was Steven Sodeberg. That's to say a whole lot about the film alone. Surprisingly, some facts I've fished out about the movie was the Kate Winslet was able to film her role within 10 days. And that the virus they were talking about had the traits of the Nipah virus from Malaysia.
I did like the film. It had a sort of Robin Cook style in the way they wrote it and how the virus got transmitted.

Contagion has an interesting but not unique plot. Its plot is similar to so many other movies including The Crazies, Outbreak and Rise of the Planet Apes. There is always someone or people trying to get out but they can not and the military keeping people in quarantine are also evidently similar scenes in all of these movies. If another ‘virus’ movie was to premier I would still watch it.
