This morning, when reaching our place of work, I suddenly felt different. I felt little bt lazy to start my week. Somewhat I feel I need more time to rest. I don't know why. Am I on my mood swings again? (lol) or am I just thinking about the problems that will be encountered on my work today? I really feel exhausted early this morning.

You may just need more rest. Sometimes we think we are getting enough sleep and that's not the case. Try going to bed at an earlier time and eat more fruit. Test it out and see if there's a difference. Getting the appropriate rest is beneficial for your mind and body. Lack of rest can make you fatigue and moody. I hope your work days get better.

I guess yes, I need some rest. As of now, slashing some finished tasks at my list of things to do makes me feel better. I think this will all flow smoothly throughout the day.

It sounds good but I think it is unhealthy. I'll just take coffee in a while and take a nap this break. Hopefully it works.

I think you have to drink some energetic drinks before working. Or maybe you already thinking that way before reporting to your work. Don't you know that the mind is stronger that our physical being?
You're the only one who knew it. Just cheer up..Monday is the first day of work and this is a good day to start til weekend..

I think you have apoint there, I was already thinking on those stuffs before going to work. I am not used to have energy drink because I am afraid for some health reasons. Also, I am not sure if it will work or not since I tried it before but didn't work for me.
You are right, I need to cheer up this monday or else it will be this way the whole week as said by many. hehehe

Most people hate Mondays actually so you are not alone in feeling exhausted. Weekends are too short to take a rest especially if you have been busy and stressed for the whole week.
I felt the same way when i was employed before and i always thought that i needed some extra day and just skip MOnday.

Like mine, our work runs from monday to saturday which really gave me a limited time to rest - one day only. Last week I took a leave on friday and made undertime on saturday. This must be one of the reason why I feel that way, My mind is not yet ready to face new day of work and need some more time. Another is that looking on the things needed to be done for the day adds to my stress in mind.
I think you gave me a good idea of having extra day and skip mondays...lols

That is the most common thing that happened to me and most of others. This is because you have the weekend relaxing and doesn't have to think about work at all. The first day of the week is just like that, i would just get better after 2-3 days.

Perhaps you are right, it is because I came from a "one-day" vacation. My work runs from monday to saturday. Not really one of vacation, I took half day last saturday because I need to brng my son to his pedia for check up and vaccination. That would really the reason why I still have this feeling of being lazy. hehehe.

i think that your theory is correct. you have already tired yourself out by thinking about what is ahead of you. don't worry i know how this is. the best thing to do is just enjoy each moment that you have freedom. in that time, rest well and do the things you need to do to make you happy.

You have a point there, I need some inspiration to keep me going. Yesterday, as I looked on the things to do list, slashing some done works makes me feel better. Accomplishing some tasks helps me motivated.

There are times that it also happened to me. Maybe you got up on the wrong side of the bed. I hope you feel better soon.

I don't know, just when I woke up and think of the tasks ahead of me, I just suddenly felt exhausted. But as the day end, I feel better.
