I have been telling myself to go on a diet a couple of times. But when I met this guy online, I was pushing myself to be on a diet before he comes to see me. Funny but really I wanted to look better and sexier on him. And, guess what? I did it! Most people who know me said that I lose weight and getting thinner. I felt so good when they told me that. It was like I had accomplished one of my goals successfully. But i tell you, it was not a piece of cake for me. I need to exercise everyday. I need to watch what I eat. I need to lessen the amount of food that I normally take. I need to do a lot of sacrifice. I need to eat food that I dislike eating. But all my sacrifice paid off. But then, I wasn't that happy because the guy didn't show up. LOL! But it's okay. I'm doing this for myself. To feel good and to look good. Well thanks to him that I had the guts to go on a diet. And it gives me hope that I can accomplish anything if I really want to.

You did the great job of sacrificing your carving for food and going for regular exercise. It sounds interesting that for whom you did, he never turned up. Nonetheless, your efforts will not go waste and some other guy will take notice of you and may approach you.
All the best.

Hi Hatley! Yes, I am so happy with the results. Before i thought I could not make it so I did not try. When I met this guys, I was motivated to go on a diet. Motivation is really good. And, now I am inspired to reach all the goals that I have on my list. I am very optimistic that I can achieve all of it. Goodluck and take care!

It's really nice that at least all your hard work has
been paid off and all you hard work was actually for yourself
and not for someone else especially just for some guy you met
online. Doing these kinds of things is better if we dedicated
it to ourselves. We should love ourselves more and more.

Good for you. I wonder what kind of food you are eating. Is it purely vegetables or with meat also?
Contrary, I am trying to gain weight to build some muscles hahaha. So, I eat a lot, mostly heavy meals plus I drink protein shake a lot.
It is good that you have accomplished one of your goals. Keep it up.
GOD bless.

Wow, congratulations! Losing weight is not an easy feat. Initially the reason may not have been something most girls will approve of, but since it worked anyway and you got the desired result, I guess it doesn't matter anymore. What's important is you feel good because you look good. Way to go, girl!

Good for you! Losing weight is never an easy task. Although I was never fat, there are fats on my tummy that I would want to remove.

Congratulations! Good thing you realized that the whole slimming routine is for your own satisfaction. There are other people who strives to get slimmer for someone else, and if the dating didn't go so well, they'd easily lose track of their health and body.
And, don't worry, it's his loss.

It's great to hear successful weight loss stories, allows me to be inspired to do the same. I try to watch what I eat but I get hungry often and I have junk food in the house (not bought by me!). I do not have a consistent exercise schedule; I run a couple of times a week, just to keep my weight in check. When I feel that my pants are a little too tight, I go for a run. So I have not really maintained any form of weight loss for long. It lingers around a certain weight. I'm hoping that it would not increase though.
Another reason is that I'm on the pill and the doctor specifically told me to keep my weight in check. She will weigh me every time I collect my pills. Thus I can understand my slight weight gain.
But you are pure determination and I like that!

That sort of motivation is not alien to me. A long time ago I made myself lose weight because I wanted to fit into my dress for the annual dinner and dance. Too bad there wasnt much reason to maintain the weight loss soon after.
I remembered I avoided ice cream for months. It paid off also. My dress included a jacket and I was so happy that I could button up the jacket with ease..lol!!!

This is great. Losing wieght is really hard. I know it is. I am so over wieght that it is ridiculous. But I can't ever seem to motivate myself to do something like this. I always see the number of pounds I want to lose and just get really discouraged so I am super excited for you
