This topic just came to my mind.. i know we all have different reactions to different and to similar situations. well today, i tried to check my twitter account and thought maybe i can check out some tweets and all... after keying in my credentials... viola! There's this huge screen in front of me that maybe i can try to log in later because they are full right now =( how sad is that... really because it meant that they cannot accommodate their subscribers anymore, perhaps?!
So whatever it is that you see when you go to a page... what will your reaction be if they won't allow you to see your account? hehe

i have a twitter account but i rarely use it. i have never seen a screen like that tho lol. i would be very upset when i try to check mine specially since i only do it every so often and sometimes i do not have time to "try back later" i have time right then thats why i am checking it of course lol. this just means that they need to upgrade or something like that. twitter is a big company website and they should be able to accomodate every one of its users not just some of them at any given moment. facebook is also a big company and i think they have more followers and they are able to allow everyone on at the same time...
i guess like the comment above they could just be having some glitches. i guess i would contact support and express my opinion about how they need to upgrade and see if it is a glitch or if there is a problem. i guess that is all that you can do.

i am not active in twitter and i am no fan of the site or the likes.. but i do have account and use it some times to connect and chat with friends... but then i tried to log in because its weekend... oh well first time i was rejected to enter the site (or any sites for that matter).

that is how i am with twitter. i really only use it for other sites that i do for contestants and things.
never been rejected out of any site either this was a new one on me lol
after i read your post i tried mine and it did let me in so idk if it matters where you live or how any of that works.

Maybe they have some glitches and doing some maintenance, mine are okay and It never happened to me.

Whenever i open my box and i find such all i do is just close and i find such messages especially with my facebook account i just get angry and i close without logging out and come back after some hours or till the next day

I never use twitter that much and didn't know until now that this can actually happen. That is sad, because if I were also in the twitter world and really wanted to check my tweets, I will also be sad and shocked as to why they can't accommodate many online subscribers. I have only experienced this before, like way way back on my game account. There was still a time when they can't afford to let so many players online that is why we are sometimes put on queue, which is sometimes annoying because you are too excited to play the game but unfortunately you can't because you have to wait for the queue time. Good thing they have changed this setting already and now many are already allowed to log in and play at the same time. Hopefully, Twitter will also be upgrading their system so as to accommodate all their subscribers.

hi gaiza, thank you so much for your response. yup.. i have a twitter account but i log in to it if and when i remember. haha and then this happened... i never have imagined that there are a lot of people tweeting... i guess a lot of people are not even logging out these days.
I understand that some game sites can be full at times, they are heavy in graphics and action and loading may take time.. but for a twitter to be full as such.. hehe it is just surprising. ;)
