Jessica Sanchez's Record company "Spin-Move"

this is the 2nd time i heard about this but the person that told me i truely did not believe. i went to the link you left and i see how she already has a record company or did atlest. i think she has a great voice but if she already has a contract with someone then she already knows how good she is and there is no point for her to be on the show. she needs to allow others to win. also even if she had 1 in the past but not now i think that is a little unfair to the other contestants because if she wins it really will make me think it is rigged now. like you said shemay not be anymore but either way i think she has had her chance and she can go back in to it any time she wants to because she already had a deal before....just my opinion but that is how i feel but they do need to look into this and find out what is going on before it is the last week and she wins when someone else should have had that chance...

Okay, I know this response is rather late, everything has been said about this issue, and it seems settled now. But being another fan just like you, I wanna have my word about this too. I'm glad that (based on the responses here), she is cleared of this issue, and that there is no issue at all. I would really feel sad if she gets booted out for this reason, AI should have known this long before even allowing her to be at the top 10, let alone saving her from an otherwise inescapable boot out. All that said, I'm happy that she is still in the running, I'm going to vote for her this week again.

A big fan of Jessica here also. I guess it doesn't matter anymore if she had a record deal before as long as she is not active or have a current deal with them, that's fine. It's about time for her international career.

hi lk! i'm a jessica fan too and i must have read at least a hundred write-ups and tid bits on american idol season 11 especially if it's about jessica sanchez. i've also watched a lot of her youtube videos. as far as i could tell she hasn't made an album or had been under a record label. she has done a few covers, one of which is i'd rather go blind by etta james. she made it when she was 14 years old and it's available in itunes for 99 cents. she has also recorded as back-up singer in one of the songs of her artist-rapper friend. "hater luv", i believe she wrote the rap lyrics but used music of snoopdog's. the lyrics was her original, but the music was from gangsta luv if i'm not mistaken. jessica is not only a balladeer and an r&b/soul singer. she raps and has attempted to write her own lyrics. she is clearly very talented. if she had been under contract by a recording company or has made an album, it would be so easy to have this uncovered by a simple internet search or even a bit of media sniff. but no. i don't believe so. oh by the way, please listen to her cover of i'd rather go blind. compare it with the original by etta james. and also compare it to the cover made by beyonce in the movie. and of rachel crow's rendition in the x factor. i love jessica's rendition... the best.

I just hope this is not another way to make her get disqualified from American Idol. Let wait and see what happens in the next few days. I wish her well.

Personally I think anymore they never really disclose the real Facts on this. I personally have always wondered this as of the rumors as well, and the Fact she admits she has many songs of her on YouTube. But anymore I am not sure American Idol is just for beginners as most of them have done a lot of playing elsewhere.

Well I guess this is new to me. I think that when someone becomes famous many will try to pull you down to test how strong you really are in your current position. so for now I would consider this a rumor unless there is a proof that could show that she indeed signed up for that recording company. I hope this are all untrue so we can continue supporting her up to the top three or two at least. I can see other contenders are good as well that is why the competition is really stiff at the moment. Most of their contenders are really improving their skills.
