Headache because of the heat!

For three days now I really feel dizzy because of the heat. Plus that I want to the beach and get sunburned. Right now my room is aircon and outside temperature is expected to be 36 degrees. Its really hot.
How I wish that rainy season will now come. I really can't stand the heat.

i know me too, i would get a bad headache because of the heat but today, it rained. not hard but it's okay. better that way than nothing.

Lets just hope that rain will come soon. I know theirs no way we can control weather but I'm hoping that their will be a time where we can control weather. Were we can say when to rain and when to have a sunny day.
Problem if theirs a technology for that I'm sure military will also going to use it.

it has been raining hard here lately. its hot in the morning, like too humid and then rains in the afternoon

Its not as hot as its use to be in here also. I'm happy that I'm now relieve before Its really frustrate me that its very hot. I have spend many times in the bathroom taking a bath or turning on aircon.
And since its costly to run aircon every day I have no choice but to turn it on just an hour or two enough to call down my room.

Me too.I'd stay downstairs from 12-5 in the afternoon because it's hotter upstairs.As much as I want to go out of the house often,I can't because it's so hot.Geez!Even at 8 o clock,it's starting to get so hot! X(

Yeah. when will be the Philippines going to have a winter season. I'm hoping that their will a time when theirs winter in our country.
Right now my dream is to live in Baguio at least its cooler in their even in summer time.

Sagada is colder.It can get around 5 degrees there & it rains ice there sometimes & there are icicles on their crops.Try it there. :)

Wow.. I guess its really cool in their. But problem is that Sagada is 5th class municipality. So in short I don't think I can have a balance life in their unless I really love to retire.
I like Baguio because at least theirs banks and malls also.
But its nice to have a place to retreat in Sagada also.

I think you're already dehydrated. One symptom of such is headache. Perhaps you should drink more water now.
I know it's really hot these days, but thankfully it has been raining here for 3days now (well at least at night it does). But right now the weather is cool. I just hope it stays this way though.
Further, I don't think it's wise for people to go to the beach these days, it's too hot. Though there are a lot of ways to keep cool.

Its good in your location that is raining but in my location its not raining at all.
I guess its so hot that by the time its hit the lower atmosphere its going to evaporate. lols.
Worse is that in early morning I sweat all over simply because of the heat. I only run my aircon from 10pm to 2am because of electricity bill but the electric fan really does not make a difference.

The summer heat is indeed really crazy. Not only does it give me headache, but it also makes me too lazy to work with all the sweat and heat you are feeling and all you want is just to stand in front of the AC and let it cool your entire body or drink a glass full of ice, if I can only dare without feeling my teeth ache due to the ice. I just hope the temperature will start to go down now, I still haven't had my summer vacation because I don't think the heat is healthy to go out and enjoy.

I also get headache whenever I walk on hot sun. As much as possible I try to avoid walking on hot sunny days. I do not like when it is too cold either, a temperature of around 22-25 degree is fine with me.

Here also we have almost a very hot temperature. At lunch time sun is above our head and I feel 
it is very quite hot and very difficult to out on such time. It keeps me sweating and keeps my mind away from my works. I don't know why I have a very dry climate, But this climate was two days before. Now we have both rain fall sunshine which means we have a moderate climate which keeps us relief from the sun's heat .
