how can we keep young?

If We wanna know the methods to keep young ,we must realize the factors making us getting old firstly.Lack of sleep could accelerate us aging fastly,because the sleep condition connects with our metabolism .If we can`t have a good sleep everday,the metabolism will become irregular as the time goes by.Lack of exercise is the second factor that makes us aging fastly .More exercise can keep us in a happy mood that is important thing to keep young.Additionaly,lack of fruit and vegetable is aslo a factor.so we should have more fruit and vegetable in daily life instead of meat.And how do you do to keep young and beatiful in your daily life ,tell us .

Well,i think your suggestion would be really helpful.Since i almost do nothing about the exercise.But i will do since i wanna lose weight.However,i know exactly that it is really a bad effect if we do lack of sleep.That's really a big pro.Thank you anyway,cause i do stand the same view as you.

Being happy from inside and laughing keeps you young for long. As long as you are happy, even in the age of 70s or 80s, one will look pretty young. That is the great secret. Yoga keeps one's heart calm and healthy and if you are regularly practising yoga, you never age for long. Trust me, I know a guy who is 65 yrs of age. He has got a son, who is now in 40 or something. The guy who is 65 looks so young and energetic than his son. I would think that he was the younger brother to the one in 40s.

Those things you mentioned are good maintenance for the physical attribute. It's best combined with a happy heart. If you keep a cheerful disposition, it makes you feel lighter and younger. I know many people who looks a lot older than their age because they take things too seriously and they stress about anything and everything.

I was told before that eating beef can actually make on aged prematurely. I am not sure about some of our fellow MyLotters, but here in our country, we eat beef a lot. It is one of the staple food for most who can actually afford it. I for one is a big beef eater. I love eating different dishes made with beef. But then I am appalled that it can make one aged fast. But then I always believe that healthy diet is always important in oneself young, or at least fight the signs of aging. I am not really sure about the fact on beef, but I think it all boils down to eat everything in moderation and focus on healthy food that is not only good for the environment, but good for the health as well.
