The good news for you is that you are still young enough to make a difference with you weight. The first thing you need to do is get yourself on an exercise routine. I'd start with something like a 10 minute walk everyday, 10 pushups, and 25 crunches. Do this till the exercise gets easier for you and increase as needed. Eat small meals throughout the day and eat like 5 to 6 times today. When you exercise you have to make sure your body has fuel so when you feel hungry eat something, but don't eat the normal amount of food you eat.

Exercise works if you do it every day, it has to become a routine in your life, and its far more effective that dieting alone, because it tones your body too.

Do you think its really works? I have tried exercise and played badminton in order to lose gain. But I was really disappointed. Nothings happen.

this is the most famous issue i have stumbled upon here and in every forum i joined with. most of the time the responses are L.O.L. since most of them can relate. While you can get help and support from your doctor, friends and loved ones to lose weight, ultimately you have to be the one to change your lifestyle to drop the excess pounds and keep them off. However, before you begin, ask yourself some questions about why you are doing this and most of all DISCIPLINE is the key.also, you can't do this overnight.get rid of the tempting foods from the house like cookies, chips and chocolates within reach makes it a lot easier to stay disciplined. On the other hand, do allow yourself a treat every now and again to avoid feeling deprived, which can also wreak havoc on your resolve.goodluck, pal.
