What are some services that foreigners need from American citizens?

To all of my out of country friends. What services would benefit you right now, to assist you to a more productive life? For instance, if I want to learn your language, what fair trade could you offer me? Me, as an American resident, if I had some skill or natural ability to offer you, what would you ask of me?

While I am from the US too, I can tell you first hand, I wish I had been able to learn some words when going to a strange country while I was in the Army. While we learned very few words, I found acting out your genuinosity showed that even on foreign soil, I could learn from them and language was not something we could not overcome.
I think the common goal for most to benefit is to show we all are human and that to love is the greatest asset we could give each other since there is so much war going on in so many foreign countries.
Having served in the Army I helped orphans in nurserys where Nuns had them.
There is so much we can offer through our actions and our heart than seeing another person wounded or killed.
I think that would be my greatest benefit i could give to people of other countries.
