I keep reading ads about burning belly fat. I am really curious to find out if certain foods really help. If anyone has experienced good results I would love to hear from you. I think I will try it for a month and see.

roberten It makes sense, but I don't know either. I started eating a fiber bar called 'full bar' It is su[pose to fll you up and you will eat less..I sometimes wonder if it expands in my stomach since it does somewhat help.
LOL,,reminds me..remember years ago they were selling tape worms in capsules as a weight loss method?? Yikes...

I think loosing belly fat is one of the toughest things in the world.Since I have a fat belly since childhood,it is also a big issue for me.

Mmm I'm not too sure, but be sure to drink lots of water, and exercise as much as you can. Like on the first day maybe run a mile or so. The next day, add a bit more. (Etc.) As for food, try not to eat junk food and such I guess.

Valce12..TY I agree water is essential...I consistently follow the great habit of drinking plenty of water.
I found the best way to develope a 'taste' for water was to be sure to drink water instead of reaching for a coke or something sweet when you are really really thirsty..your body/mind connects the feeling of being satisfied with water and you tend to desire it more.
Also I remember from WW I used to tell people 'all things being equal, thoise who drink water lose weight faster" and it's true
