I wonder if it's really possible to burn belly fat by eating certain foods

I keep reading ads about burning belly fat. I am really curious to find out if certain foods really help. If anyone has experienced good results I would love to hear from you. I think I will try it for a month and see.

Valce12 Mmm I'm not too sure, but be sure to drink lots of water, and exercise as much as you can. Like on the first day maybe run a mile or so. The next day, add a bit more. (Etc.) As for food, try not to eat junk food and such I guess.
