It's YOUR TV! You pay for it, just change the channel. Tell your kids when they can start paying for the TV they can watch what they want. Cartoons (especially cartoon network) have gotten more and more stupid over the years. They arent like the cartoons we used to watch when we were kids. There is a lot more adult content in them and some of it is not fit for kids to be watching anyway. Your kids ought to be playing outside more anyway, its good wholesome fun.

All kids like watching cartoons, it's part of being a kid. Now I agree, the daytime cartoons are much better then the evening ones-at least here in the US anyway. Just compromise with them, pick which one's they'll be allowed to watch.

Cartoon network is ok during the day but at night some of the cartoons are appropriate for kids. And none of them are rally educational. Noggin and Nick are very educational during the day, not so much at night but the cartoons are ok.

I dont like Cartoon Network either. When I am home my kids only watch Disney or Noggin. Thos channels are educational, Cartoon Network is not. My husband lets the kids watch it when I am not home.
