I would say, it is worth to keep pennies, quarters and whatever coins you have because it would really help you in some little expense in the long run. I had my lose coins counted last time and I gathered quite a bit which I deposited it in the bank. There are times also that I used the lose coins I keep to buy my lunch at work. Many times those lose coins had helped me to purchase some items in the dollar store. So I would tell you, keep your lose coins and count them at the end of the year.
