Write down your stress management techniques, and some of those that your friends recommend to you. Tell us more too on the techniques that best work on you. you can also write down the ways to avoid stress.

For me, writing or talking out my problems is the most effective method for this. If I could let it out, I'm always becoming calmer. Sometimes listening to lous music, romnping around the room shouting the lyrics helps, too :).

I do a lot of writing and talking about my problems, too. they often work, but sometimes I feel that there are still better ways to manage it. mostly, it is through solving the problems itself. :)

First to know what is cause of the stress. The cause is it a necessary thing that must be done by you or can you delegate it to someone else. If it can be delegate to a competent person, it must done forthwith. If it cannot be delegated, then you will have to decide the most effective time that you can do it. You must annex work "Catalyst", that is things that will make you to work faster and better with less time and more energy reserved. Leave the work or duty when you are tired and take a break or rest to re-energize you. Take in water and good fruits at that point will also be helpful. Do not overtask yourself by taking a work which you will not be able to do at the end. So far these are practical steps I would take and even recommend it to friends

I think stress is perfectly normal . This can be helpful for us to work harder. But too much stress can be detrimental to our body and can affect our activities of daily living. Sometimes, I walk with a friend or my dog in the park just to release the tension. Planning a weekend getaway can also beat stress like going to beaches, malling, watching a movie together with friends. We can't avoid stress but we can control it. Basically, we need to have a good sleep, maybe for 6-8 hours. Eat the right food - my friend told me to eat black chocolates for a better disposition. It has something to do with the neurotransmitters in our brain - endorphins. Exercise daily and find time to meditate. Refocus in order to recharge can really help.

Nowadays most of us are experiencing stress because of some distractions in our work and surrounding. Some can't handle this stress but many of us can. These are some techniques that works to me in handling stress, when I am having a stressful day at home i'll stayed in the bathroom and take a shower with a warm water which really helps me become calm and relax. After taking shower I am going to drink warm tea and listen to music. To avoid stress everyday when I wake up in the morning I smile and said to myself "today is another day, be thankful. Many challenges and stress coming in your way but you can do it because its part of your daily life."

people say meditation, I like to hear the sound of running water and I love to dance so I do dance too . I built a table top fountain just for this and love to sit and hear the sound of running water and whenever I feel sad or stressed out it helps me to cheer up.

I think that the most important thing that you need to remember is that everyone deals with stress in a different way. Because of this, there is nothing to say that what works for other people won't work for you. For me, I find that exercise is a great way to prevent stress, as it uses up all of the excess energy that is in your body at the time, and that means that you will be able to remove your frustrations with any given situation. I also find that taking a nice long bath is relaxing, and if you close your eyes in the warm water, you should start to feel that your stress levels are literally melting away.
