djlesgm I do a lot of writing and talking about my problems, too. they often work, but sometimes I feel that there are still better ways to manage it. mostly, it is through solving the problems itself. :)

djlesgm The best way to get rid of big bellies is self discipline. It does not matter how much you work out at gym or food you refuse to eat. It is how you balance you daily living with leisure and work.
