It is very often said forgiveness is a greater reward than retaliation. But at many instances i have seen people taking extra advantage of ones act of forgiveness.Considering them meek and hurting them more where as people who fight back are more secure.what according to you is a right virtue forgiveness or fighting back?

Honestly, I haven't seen those people who put me in vain. I pushed them away for such personal reasons. It would be better than seeing them again.

That's right. So, we should calm down to avoid this kind of people.

I think ultimately in the end, you should forgive. It is alright to fight for a while until you have come to terms of forgiving the person and the act they did.

I think people tend to abuse people who easily forgive because they think it means that whatever mistake they did was already forgotten. It's not always forgive and forget. People should really think about what it means. For me, forgiveness isn't a one time process, it's an event. And I guess a lot of people don't see it that way.
