Gas Prices And Other Things

Has anyone stopped to wonder why it is that gas prices are going down when they ALWAYS go up just prior to summer vacation driving in May? Hmmmm, could it be an election year? Why does someone who has never placed himself totally one side or the other of gay rights come out strongly for gay marriage in the spring of 2012? Oh yeah, 2012, an election year. When will people realize that BHO will do anything and I mean ANYTHING to get re-elected? Don't fall for his ploys and rhetoric because if you think he has messed up America in his first three years, you ain't seen nothing yet. 4 years of unbridaled liberalism like you have never seen because he will have no retraints like getting re-elected.

First of all he has no bearing on gas prices, I believe the greedy oil companies are responsible for that, and the prices are probably dropping so they can get their man Romney elected. Perhaps he was always for gay rights but was too scared to admit it, because even among his constituents the issue has been taboo, and lastly its hard to repair a country in three years when the Republican who was in place for eight years made all the wrong moves. The only political rhetoric I'm hearing is from a bunch of Republicans who have been whining since Obama was elected because their guy didn't win.

You're probably right. You know what that makes him? A COWARD. He's a wimp who wasn't willing to say what he believed until polls showed the majority felt the same way. That's pathetic and it proves he's a follower, not a leader. Personally, I think Romney's the same way.

Then you should pull the cotton out of your ears and listen to the people on BOTH sides that are sick of the crappy job he's done as president. Maybe you should listen to Dennis Kucinich, Cory Booker, Joe Machin, or any number of everyday disillusioned democrats that made the mistake of supporting him and have realized what a nightmare he is.

I certainly get the message LOUD AND CLEAR. BHO wants to destroy the America we know and love. I am certain his aim is to turn us into an Islamic nation and God (NOT ALLAH) help us if he does. My 4 years living in Tripoli, Libya as a Christian woman has soured me for ever to the so called loving(??!!??) Muslim rule.
BTW I got a a tax letter yesterday advising me that my home has dropped another $20,000.00 in value ......thank you Friggin' Obummer....you and your Mrs just keep on going on pricey vacations while our country sinks deeper into debt!

i dont think that it has anything to do with the election. i think its just the gas and oil companies that are trying to gouge the consumer. we have the same thing in Canada as you do in the US. our gas prices are crazy high and i have heard that they will be almost as high as a $1.50 a litre once summer comes.

Gas prices have always went up around holidays and summer vacations for as long as I can remember. It's most likely that the big oil companies are just that, and it's supply and demand, and when the demand is high and everyone is talking about cleaning up the environment and that fossil fuels could run out, they can charge more. So I don't think that's our government, that's just big business for you.
I do think that the gay rights backing Obama is currently showing is most likely just to help him get reelected.
