I think I would go with a funny with sense of humor and could easily get along with. The person should be a good listener as well and knows me so he/she could advise me if really needed.

Hi, Once I was seeing off a lady friend at railway station and waiting for her train and I saw another friend of mine walking towards us with a smile on her face. I introduced the two of them. Both of them were of the same age, dressed pretty nearly similarly in jeans and tees.One was a HR executive and the other a Doctor of clinical psychology. They were both traveling the same way so I left them to travel together and give each other company for a better part of their journey. It so happened that the HR exec was looking for a sharing residence to cut cost and the doctor was looking for an office to meet her patients and being relatively new in her field was looking for a affordable place and they had both entrusted me to find something for them. When I came across a two room apartment,I told them they could share it as one needed it for night time and the other needed it during the day and as there were two rooms I thought it would work fine for both. They both liked it but did not take it. They both gave me a similar answer but separately and at different times. Both said that although they were very comfortable with me individually and could bare their hearts out to me and share practically everything, they would not be comfortable with each other in the same way so would not like to share the apartment. I realized that though we are same to all our friends, the law of attraction will vary between those friends. I understand our value lies in the eyes of the beholder. Hope this answers your query.
